Hello friend! I purchased Intex Protector 725 some months ago from Janakpuri District Centre, West Delhi. After unboxing and plugging it to mains and plugging monitor, computer to the rear sockets the output was not there. I called the dealer or shop from where I had purchased. They said that it has to be charged first for 6 hours, only then it will start working. I found this odd. It was brand new, or so I thought. It should have given output immediately. Is it not so? Please tell. Thank you. 👍 Was I given a defective or refurbished piece? .. Plus it never gave me backup of more than 5-10 minutes upon load shedding. Can you please ask Intex people to contact me. It will be great yaar.
bro some time UPS come with battery discharged but its very rare..

Kya UPS ka main power supply sara din on rakhna parta hai?( Cautions mei likha hua hai ki never switch off power let it remain on stand by mode ) I mean sara din offline charging chalega kya?over charge nahi ho jayega kya? Ya fir computer use karne ke baad 6-8 hrs roj charge karna parega then main power ko Swift off ?
hello charge the UPS battery, by plugging the UPS into the AC mains wall socket and leaving it charging for at least 8 to10 hours this will give the UPS good backup.. don't switch on the UPS button... on Charging this is Offline charging.... & when you use the computer then also the battery will charge... so it is your choice whether you want offline charging or online charging..... please hit the like button & subscribe the channel.

hello, it supports 27-inch monitor but it depends on the PSU not more than 450W ... it works put you will get less battery backup

I have also charged mobile phone via UPS, though only rarely. But I feel that there is something about the output current from UPS as compared to from direct mains AC. So can that damage? .. Plus there is something called packing of current or power within the mobile device. Does that get affected? Thank you. 🙏
