If your level of gay changes, you're performing it not being it.

I think he was kidding. The overall point was that coming out takes a weight off your shoulders and lets you be more yourself. The "gayer and gayer" thing was just exaggerating it for effect. When it comes to the internet, most of what you see isn't what it first appears.

Being gay just means you fall for the same gender, it doesn't mean a whole change of personality and a cry for attention the moment you come out, and it also doesn't get worse over time. People who act like that make a CHOICE to act like that.

I’ll never understand people who’s ENTIRE personality changes after coming out! In contrast look at Daniel Howell(aka DanIsNotOnFire). He came out and his personality didn’t change AT ALL. He still acts like the same person I subscribed to years ago. Why? because well, gay isn’t a personality trait😂 I almost don’t even recognize Eugene

Exulansic talks about the religious underpinnings of the transgender movement, and stuff like this just confirms it. First I have to partake in your religious ritual that transsubtiates your sex from one to the other like Jesus speaking water into wine. Eugene's transformation from well-rounded, fully fledged human being to one-note sad gay has been one of the most disappointing glow-downs. I mean, even back in his early Buzzfeed days he was making videos about being bisexual / gay, but he was also funny, creative, competitive, deadpan, nerdy, proud of his Korean heritage, etc. Now the only thing he can talk about is how being gay is better than everything else and also how sad it is being Asian (what happened to the pride??) I don't know what brainwashing has corrupted him, but I've gone from being excited to see what kind of amazing projects he would create with his unique voice and perspective to groaning whenever I see him--and that's saddening.
Sorry for the ramble lol, I just personally feel so disappointed by Eugene's de-evolution as an artist

I was a bit homophobic (against male gays) until my lesbian friend took me to a gay club. After seeing how respectful everyone were first hand and asking for my sexual orientation before assuming anything it put me at ease and it quickly became one of my favorite places to party at because it was so much more chill than all the "straight" places. Sure it was not the best place to pick up girls but that was never really my reason to go out and party anyways. And i found it incredibly flattering that so many guys told me i looked good/cute.

Jeffrey Marsh is insane, and I kind of love it and can't stop laughing at him when he does this crap. So... a xenopronoun example, based on the idea that it's a set of letters that cannot be pronounced by a human or can't be turned into a vocal sound, would be "LGBTQIA+"? That doesn't create a pronounceable word in any way in any human language. Imagine if you asked someone their pronoun and they pointed to a pin that said this because they can't even say it... like... I can't stop laughing at this moronic idea. Also, imagine a world where you insist that people use a certain word for you, and that word is not able to be uttered by a human mouth or vocal set? It's fantastic! I mean, stuff like that is pure entropy for this whole movement, and I can't get enough of it.

Yeah that whole bit is kinda insulting if you are a trans person. You try so hard to be treated normally by others, and deal with hate, confusion, ignorance from strangers. Yet here's this person acting like being trans or nonbinary is "ethereal" and special. And to top it off they expect you to use a language that isn't even real....just confuses people further.

He created many anti-gay laws in the state of Oregon which were overturned as unconstitutional. In Uganda he tried to get them to pass a bill to make homosexuality punishable by death. So it was an American Christian who influenced both of those bills. This started years ago and they did kill one of the most outspoken gay leaders.

I have some friends that are queer (gonna take this as an umbrella term, bc they are men and women who are homo and pansexual) and no one is behaving that dramatically. The funniest thing I have ever experienced, was when I was out with my friends and there was this bachelorette party, where one of the people was a queer male who dressed up very hyper feminine. Good Jesus, he was so drunk, embarrassing and basically harrassed one of the female waiters half of the night. And one of my gay friends told me that not even he wants f*** him. That said it all for me. Not only did he make fun of him, but was so embarrassed of the fact that there are people like that in the community. I really don´t care who you are attracted to, just be a good person and don´t force your sexuality or ideology onto others. For me, it was exhausting enough in my bachelor's, where I had courses with these radical feminists and they basically fought everyone who didn´t have the same opinion. I don´t need this in my private life.

Both were in long term relationships and I met the younger ones partner when I was working on a web design project with him. I was like, shit, so this is normal gay lmao. I'm used to seeing the really flashy "Zhang He" types in my community when they pop up or the DL guys with there bootyhole out and getting in a mans personal space. A gay guy that was slightly feminine that blended in with everyone else was kinda jarring at first. Cuz I out right ask the younger one, "Am I gay?" He politely said, " No, your an Aries".

I’m straight, so I haven’t had to deal with exactly what you’re going through. But one thing I’ve learned in life is that if people can’t accept who you genuinely are (whether it’s because of your sexuality, political views, religion, ect) then they are NOT real friends…or family.
Yes, it’s scary and potentially painful to “put yourself out there”. But not doing so will prevent you from being true to yourself, and it also requires you to be dishonest to the people closest to you. That’s not healthy.
No matter what the ultimate outcome is, good or bad, the only way “forward” is to be brave. Nothing worth while is ever easy. It may take time for some of them, to adjust, because you’re asking them to see you in a completely new way. But the people who genuinely love and care about you WILL be able to adjust. In choosing to hide who you truly are, you’re depriving people you care about the opportunity to better understand you. You’re also, in a way, trying to control them by presenting a “lie” to them. That’s understandable, but it’s not right and it’s not healthy.

I've asked my older roommate how he did not know Paul Lynde and Liberace were not only gay but considered ladies men. In 70s, it seemed they evolved into hanky codes and such to advertise. But I've had masculine gay friends who once they start hanging out with gay people and club scene in 2000s got effeminate. There was this kid I met online, he was 17 and I was 22. I considered him like a younger brother, but once I introduced him to clubs, he started lisping, sitting and smoking cigarettes like a girl.
