Thank you Alan for pointing out😊👍 Wah! You noticed! You are really a detailed person, one small step also cannot be missed by you. Solid ah you 😜 You are really the Boss of A.M. Cycle. I forgotten to wipe it off with clean water. I will be extra detailed/careful in future. I should have put on the lub at the last for the chain.
Welcome, do note that you should only lubricate your chain after cleaning off the soapy water. I lubricated my chain after cleaning the chain without rinsing it with clean water.
@@raylearnstofilm6668 Okay noted! I only wonder how the 9 speed gears or rather, the 9 layers of metallic spiky discs can be cleaned. Mine is a Rifle RD-10 bi-fold bicycle.
Anyway, I am thankful for this video as now I understand what the lubricant grease and silicone spray are for. Seen those at some bicycles stores but didn't know how to apply/use them.
@@i-vernsimphonique3012 The Rifle R8 is a very bifold bike, price to performance ratio is really amazing. Follow my video, use a brush, degreaser/soap and apply at the cassette. Remember to rinse the soapy off after cleaning.
Nice tutorial. Question - do you not wipe/rinse off the soapy water on the chain before lube?
