This is great info. Me and my husband are thinking of moving from Massachusetts to Columbia SC or one of the suburbs near Lake Murray. These videos are a great way to see if you like it there or not. Looks like a dream to me.
Oh yes!! Lake Murray is the crème de la crème of the Midland for sure. Excellent vlog Brandon very informative. Is flood insurance more when you're closer to the lake such as lake front vs within a lake community sharing a dock? Can't wait to see Lake Murray next week.
I think its wrong to sell lakes sure to any individuals only money 💰 🤑 💸 getting you what no one else gets. Its like the people that live like this own the lake. I've been to a lot of states and only the rich people get it no other i think this is wrong should be for everyone.

I am not sure I understand? There is public access to the lake for everyone.
