Nothing makes me so happier than seeing Lau finish another Malazan book. OMG, you are slowly but surely progressing the series. You're almost near the end. I'll comment again when I finish watching.
aww i appreciate the support 💛🤗yes, it takes me a while reading them but I'm enjoying the ride. I specially liked this one because I didn't have to struggle with the introductions at the beginning 😂I still have a lot of books left! but that's good, I don't want them to end 😭😂
I KNOWWW but I love Tavore so i'm greedy for more! yeah, it was time for her to appear, she's ever present so it was cool having her in this book. I've just watch an interview (dom recommended it) where Steven Erikson explains how to defeat Icarium... Really cool!!
10:00 Regarding Icarium's rage and and the Deus Ex Machina that happened in the end -- it was explained by Steven Erikson during his recent interview with DLC Book Club (timestamp 30min)

The characters who don’t get POV. 😁
Icarium…. Oh not many things can defeat him.
The empress. It showed a new aspect of politics in Malazan.

@ yes, I know that channel and interview. I don’t follow it closely because they go slow and I have now many things to do but I am subscribed there.
