Great video. Helped me a lot doing this exactly same job for my 76 Ventura. Thank you

@@scottmarkham8265 Awesome, thanks! My first car that was given to me by my grandma, was a 1973 Ventura. Still have the engine and trans.

@@Wheelums_Garage Nice, that Pontiac pedigree. Were there any issues with your rear end alignment after the leaf spring swap or did it naturally go back into proper alignment. I'm finishing up the job soon and I was just curious.

@@scottmarkham8265 Everything fell into place and seemed to line up nicely. Forward and back it appears perfect. It is about 1/2 inch towards one side, more than the other...but I see others having the same results. I havent driven it yet, or put it on an alignment machine. Good luck!

@@Wheelums_Garage well took the Ventura out for a spin last night with new leaf springs, shackle and hardware kit. Rode great. I felt like it held the road at high speed much better. Thanks again for the video. It makes it possible for me to do this job. Appreciate you

@@scottmarkham8265 Great to hear! 🍻 I can't wait to see how mine drives...I had several broken springs, broke U-bolt and haven't driven it in a long time.
