Goats (mountain) of Greece
A very good breed of Greek goat is found in a few parts of mountainous Achaia, ideal for the Greek mountains, a stable phenotype of many years that characterizes the deaf, the chip, and the goat goats, otherwise tragic. Large, strong goats with upright horns and changing colors. Some Greek breeds are still characterized by the horn shape of our goats such as the Kavontoritika in Evia and some others.

Μια πολύ καλή ράτσα Ελληνικής αίγας συναντάμε σε λίγα μέρη της ορεινής Αχαΐας , ιδανική για τα ελληνικά βουνά, πολλών ετών σταθερός φαινότυπος που χαρακτηρίζει τα κουφά, τσίπα, και κατσουλαύτια γίδια, αλλιώς τραγόγιδες. Μεγάλου μεγέθους ισχυρές κατσίκες με όρθια κέρατα και μεταβαλλόμενους χρωματισμούς. Ορισμένες ελληνικές φυλές ακόμα χαρακτηρίζονται από το σχήμα κεράτων των δικών μας γιδιών όπως τα Καβοντορίτικα στην Εύβοια και μερικά άλλα.
