Is the value of Function f constant? Or, is it changeable? In one video I saw the first value is 1 instead of 0, the second one was 1 instead of 0 so on for the first four terms but the last four were the same.

However I can't follow you regarding the function values 8:27. How do I know that for odd nums is f=1? Do you assume it or is it a rule? In your video "Dont care combinations 4:10" has f4 not for odd nums a one but for 5,6,7,8,9.
Could you please explain it to me once again?

Counting in binary. 000 is 0, 001 is 1, 010 is 2... so basically you're going from 0-10 or to whatever number and you just convert that to binary.
