Is the value of Function f constant? Or, is it changeable? In one video I saw the first value is 1 instead of 0, the second one was 1 instead of 0 so on for the first four terms but the last four were the same.

In your video "Dont care combinations 4:10" has f4 not for odd nums a one but for 5,6,7,8,9. Could you please explain it to me once again? Thanks and keep on. Greetings

How to remember the table sir?
Counting in binary. 000 is 0, 001 is 1, 010 is 2... so basically you're going from 0-10 or to whatever number and you just convert that to binary.
