My grandmother told me when she was passing not to fear pain she said it remind's us we are very much alive and when you can't anymore time is up. I'm so sorry I didn't find this vid 6yrs ago 😔 I hope you are feeling better + thing's are better you can't change what's been done to you but you can turn it into armour to protect yourself and other's if you have the strength ❤
