This was such a great Sprina moment. The fact that Spencer sought Trina out for support and she came without hesitation; true partnership. Spencer coming to the realization that he must create and adhere to boundaries as it relates to his brother was very important and showed his level of growth. Trina even appeared more relaxed and less tense in Laura's home. Imagine not feeling comfortable visiting your boyfriend in his home because his ex and her kid are living there as well. Now, I just need Spencer and Trina to do the unexpected.... live together.... I want to watch Portia's head explode. LOL.
I love how Trina didn’t hesitate to go to Spencer, and encourage him with words and hugs of love. She validated Spencer hurt and feelings of loss and separation. They truly are an aspiring couple who portrays true love with all its ups and downs. Spencer really deserves credit for not chasing after Eeme and Ace or giving in to his obsession. It would be super good to let Spencer enroll in some classes at PCU, instead of depending on his money(which is nice) or he can help Trina at the gallery at times. He's played the rich kid long enough. Now it is time to be more of a man and let people know that it's not always about the money. Time for integrity to play a role. I think a lot of Spencer's anxiety and attachment to Ace stems from his disappointment and anger towards Nikolas. Abandoned by his father twice in his lifetime has devastated him deep down. Luckily he does have Trina who gets him and hopefully thats enough for now.
I am so happy that Trina was there for her man (Spencer), they were not mad at each other. Trina got his text and went to be with him. He really did need her; she was his rock, and she always has been. Trina did not want to be around Esme and Spencer needed to handle this by saying goodbye to Ace himself. Trina told him she would be there for him, so he was hurting, and he sent her a text and she was right on time to hold him, talk to him about putting Ace first. Spencer had a glow when Trina spoke to him with love for him and his baby brother. She had wise words on how Ace will never forget him and how good Spencer has been to him. Somehow Ace will remember his voice and his love for him. Great scene with Spencer & Trina.

I loved the urgency with which Trina got to Spencer. And then to pause at the door to assess his demeaner was everything. ❤ Even though she's been massively frustrated with Spencer's infatuation with Ace, she was able to acknowledge and respect his maturity in accepting the situation. She was so loving, attentive, supportive, and understanding. The unconditional love and support they give each other is what helps to substantiate their supercouple status.

At the end of this clip it reminded me of when Curtis was getting fresh air at the balcony and Portia came up behind him at the Thanksgiving dinner. They had a moment and both Spencer and Trina saw that. It's like both couples had the same time to themselves where it was a moment of silence. Trina and Spencer need more times like this where they are not doing anything but just enjoying each other and their company.
I am giving our lady (Trina) a big shout-out for being so darn wise in talking to her man (Spencer) about his love for his baby brother. This is gonna be a longgg comment, but whatever. The writers did Spencer a MASSIVE, M.A.S.S.I.V.E. disservice having this storyline go on this long. We were literally only 3 weeks away from the one year anniversary of Sprina discovering a pregnant Esme at Britt's farewell party. One long, tedious and ultimately entirely pointless year of Spencer fighting to raise the baby that wasn't his and that didn't need him in a father role. If this is truly (FINALLY) the last of this Ace/Spencer/Esme debacle, what can we really say came of it? What did Spencer learn? How did he grow? What did it do to further his plot with Nikolas or Spencer's own feelings and plot as the Cassadine heir? Or as young adult out in the world? This mindless baby storyline didn't make Spencer more mature. On the contrary, it devolved the progress he'd already made at being less selfish MANY times. He constantly steamrolled the baby's mother, he threw repeated tantrums at his grandma and aunt and girlfriend when he didn't get his way about where Ace should live, he NEVER learned the actual lesson of properly balancing responsibilities as an adult. It was either all his attention on trying to get sole custody, then all his attention on "co-parenting", now all his attention will be back on Trina after he sidelined her for half a year. The writers really hung him out to dry cause this storyline sucked up EVERY opportunity for character development. Can we really say the needle moved in any kind of way between today and where Spencer was a year ago? No change in job status. No friendships. No schooling. No hobbies or interests. No house or apartment of his own. Nothing. The only non-Ace related things Spencer has done in the last year was spend a weekend in New York City and have his uncle die. That's it. And even Uncle Victor dying still centered around Ace. So nvm. Just one non-Ace related episode arc. Just to compare how well- rounded his peers were written in the last year alone: Cam's off playing soccer and thriving in California. Trina's interned at the Chuck, gained a whole new gang of family members who love her SO much, she has her job with Ava, she's is killing it in school and her and Joss are already only a year away from graduation. Joss has her pre-med, boyfriend, and weird study buddy plots. Meanwhile every single Spencer scene is just him in this apartment, holding a rattle trapped with a baby and Esme. Or him off somewhere rambling about Ace and Esme. The writers inexplicably decided to redeem unrepentant psycho Esme and even still, look at all the accomplishments and development they gave her!! A nice job; a new apartment; new besties in Laura and Alexis; a baby. Hell they even gave her closure with her own parental storyline, yet Spencer and Nikolas's is still lost to wind! And it seems like they only decided to wrap this dumbass storyline up because NAC is temporarily leaving. Who knows how long it would've dragged on otherwise.
Exactly if nac wasn’t taking this leave of absence I don’t know how long the storyline would have carried on for. To gh writers wasting a year with this was worth it because it made the character of Trina seem to understanding and an outsider in her own relationship which is what gh writers were aiming for.
Why is the scene of their tenderness together so short? Whatever scene GH allows them they blow it out of the park! They are ateam of true artistry x 1000!
GH only gives us SPRINA fans tiny bits of Spencer & Trina to keep us coming back. They knock it out of the park, every time they come to bat (someone will pick them up). I wish they could do a spy/detective show with them as a married couple.
It happened next week cuz they won't be on no more this week maybe Monday or Tuesday of next week you'll see Spencer and Trina back on together I bet you they'll probably be in bed having sex😮😮😮
Hi Everyone: Another beautifully edited video. The Sprina scenes were soo beautifully written, directed and executed by NAC and Tabbie. Now, Nicholas needs to move out of his grandmothers house. There is no need for him to be there any longer.
This oh so tender and loving moment between Trina and Spencer speaks to the depth of the love they have for each other, the power of communication and how powerful Trina's choice of words are to the healing process that Spencer has to go through to adapt to the super close relationship between him and his brother that is no more. This was a very important moment in Sprina's relationship, and they handled it with the maturity and emotional depth of two individuals who are totally selfless when it comes to putting each other first. Spencer clearly understanding that he needed the woman that he loves to comfort him in his time of need, and Trina understanding the urgency of Spencer's need for her and the proper words to use to genuinely comfort him, while complimenting him about the wonderful job that he has done in helping to raise his brother. That moment right there is one of the many reasons why there is no doubt in my mind that they are each other's soul mate and, are destined to be together. No one understand Spencer like Trina does and no one understand Trina as Spencer does. I have to comment on Spencer's description of Ace because it is communicating to me a certain readiness to become a father on his part that I cannot ignore. I believe more than ever that Spencer might be yearning for a child of his own to love, and I believe that his description of Ace discovering his fingers is a highlighted detail by the writers to let us know that a pregnancy might be on the horizon for this couple. The close-ups by the camera as Spencer discussed Ace discovering his fingers and Trina's ultra wise words of wisdom is telling me that this moment between them is about their future as man and wife and parents. I do not know if anyone else here feels this way, but I felt compel to comment on that aspect of their conversation. LONG LIVE SPRINA.
I really hope GH doesn't make the mistake of having Trina become pregnant. It's too pat. It would completely negate her character of being smart, goal-oriented and mature. Trina wouldn't be reckless regarding birth control, especially with a man who still has so much growing up to do himself. Spencer, needs to DO something before he becomes a husband and father. JMHO😊
@@rrobinnyc11411 Robin, I clearly understand your position on the issue, but my comments directed at any pregnancy by Trina has always been not because she is not knowledgeable about birth control, but because despite birth control, accidents do happens. I have always made it clear that I did not want her to be portrayed as a typical young woman who just happened to get pregnant her first time because she did not use proper birth control. Trina is a very smart and career driven lady who knows exactly what she wants in life and I want to see good things for her. However, if the plot revolved around an accidental pregnancy(a pregnancy that resulted despite proper birth control), I would be more likely to accept that than a lack of birth control mistake. There is also information that I read recently that says that Sprina wanted a baby as part of their storyline. It may happen. I see sign of it in the 12/6/23 episode.

Everyone who reads my comments knows how much I love his voice, so the way she spoke about his voice being forever in Ace's memories is a heart to heart moment for me. But, I must criticize that his voice was not the first one Ace heard. Spencer came to Wyndomere after Ace was born. He heard a few voices before Spencer peeked under the blanket and softly noted, "He looks like a Cassadine".

I have 3 issues and 1 ❤ with this epi. Why did Spencer feel the need to apologize to E# 🤔?? Has she ever regretted all the terrible deeds she did ?? Also, why did he have to propose to Uber her 😒?? And why could Trina not go for a 'head on lap' or 'leg over' to comfort him 😏 ?? Now, I did enjoy the fact she was there for him as always. That's what you do when you love someone. Spencer's sadness is very understandable. He raised Ace from birth. Esme needed to get her independence but she needs to figure out how to get child support. Aces daddy is a millionaire. The encouraging words that are wrapped in so much love and kindness, the gentle touches of their hands as they so sutterly express their love language, the gaze and looks into each others eyes, the warm embraces and their support for one another. I think a lot of Spencer's anxiety and attachment to Ace stems from his disappointment and anger towards Nikolas. Abandoned by his father twice in his lifetime has devastated him deep down. Luckily he does have Trina who gets him and hopefully thats enough for now.

I am so happy that Trina was there for her man (Spencer), they were not mad at each other. Trina got his text and went to be with him. He really did need her; she was his rock, and she always has been. Trina did not want to be around Esme and Spencer needed to handle this by saying goodbye to Ace himself. Trina told him she would be there for him, so he was hurting, and he sent her a text and she was right on time to hold him, talk to him about putting Ace first. Spencer had a glow when Trina spoke to him with love for him and his baby brother. She had wise words on how Ace will never forget him and how good Spencer has been to him. Somehow Ace will remember his voice and his love for him. Great scene with Spencer & Trina.

And then to pause at the door to assess his demeaner was everything. ❤ Even though she's been massively frustrated with Spencer's infatuation with Ace, she was able to acknowledge and respect his maturity in accepting the situation. She was so loving, attentive, supportive, and understanding. The unconditional love and support they give each other is what helps to substantiate their supercouple status.

God accepts our faults no matter what we do or say, he still loves us. Trina & Spencer's love is deeply rooted in compassion, selflessness, and forgiveness for the other. Trina is the glove that fits over Spencer's hand, they both are in sync with each other.
At the end of this clip it reminded me of when Curtis was getting fresh air at the balcony and Portia came up behind him at the Thanksgiving dinner. They had a moment and both Spencer and Trina saw that. It's like both couples had the same time to themselves where it was a moment of silence. Trina and Spencer need more times like this where they are not doing anything but just enjoying each other and their company.

This is gonna be a longgg comment, but whatever. The writers did Spencer a MASSIVE, M.A.S.S.I.V.E. disservice having this storyline go on this long. We were literally only 3 weeks away from the one year anniversary of Sprina discovering a pregnant Esme at Britt's farewell party. One long, tedious and ultimately entirely pointless year of Spencer fighting to raise the baby that wasn't his and that didn't need him in a father role. If this is truly (FINALLY) the last of this Ace/Spencer/Esme debacle, what can we really say came of it? What did Spencer learn? How did he grow? What did it do to further his plot with Nikolas or Spencer's own feelings and plot as the Cassadine heir? Or as young adult out in the world? This mindless baby storyline didn't make Spencer more mature. On the contrary, it devolved the progress he'd already made at being less selfish MANY times. He constantly steamrolled the baby's mother, he threw repeated tantrums at his grandma and aunt and girlfriend when he didn't get his way about where Ace should live, he NEVER learned the actual lesson of properly balancing responsibilities as an adult. It was either all his attention on trying to get sole custody, then all his attention on "co-parenting", now all his attention will be back on Trina after he sidelined her for half a year.
The writers really hung him out to dry cause this storyline sucked up EVERY opportunity for character development. Can we really say the needle moved in any kind of way between today and where Spencer was a year ago? No change in job status. No friendships. No schooling. No hobbies or interests. No house or apartment of his own. Nothing. The only non-Ace related things Spencer has done in the last year was spend a weekend in New York City and have his uncle die. That's it. And even Uncle Victor dying still centered around Ace. So nvm. Just one non-Ace related episode arc.
Just to compare how well- rounded his peers were written in the last year alone:
Cam's off playing soccer and thriving in California. Trina's interned at the Chuck, gained a whole new gang of family members who love her SO much, she has her job with Ava, she's is killing it in school and her and Joss are already only a year away from graduation. Joss has her pre-med, boyfriend, and weird study buddy plots.
Meanwhile every single Spencer scene is just him in this apartment, holding a rattle trapped with a baby and Esme. Or him off somewhere rambling about Ace and Esme.
The writers inexplicably decided to redeem unrepentant psycho Esme and even still, look at all the accomplishments and development they gave her!! A nice job; a new apartment; new besties in Laura and Alexis; a baby. Hell they even gave her closure with her own parental storyline, yet Spencer and Nikolas's is still lost to wind! And it seems like they only decided to wrap this dumbass storyline up because NAC is temporarily leaving. Who knows how long it would've dragged on otherwise.
It was worth the time you spent writing it. I cannot disagree.

To gh writers wasting a year with this was worth it because it made the character of Trina seem to understanding and an outsider in her own relationship which is what gh writers were aiming for.

This oh so tender and loving moment between Trina and Spencer speaks to the depth of the love they have for each other, the power of communication and how powerful Trina's choice of words are to the healing process that Spencer has to go through to adapt to the super close relationship between him and his brother that is no more. This was a very important moment in Sprina's relationship, and they handled it with the maturity and emotional depth of two individuals who are totally selfless when it comes to putting each other first. Spencer clearly understanding that he needed the woman that he loves to comfort him in his time of need, and Trina understanding the urgency of Spencer's need for her and the proper words to use to genuinely comfort him, while complimenting him about the wonderful job that he has done in helping to raise his brother. That moment right there is one of the many reasons why there is no doubt in my mind that they are each other's soul mate and, are destined to be together. No one understand Spencer like Trina does and no one understand Trina as Spencer does.
I have to comment on Spencer's description of Ace because it is communicating to me a certain readiness to become a father on his part that I cannot ignore. I believe more than ever that Spencer might be yearning for a child of his own to love, and I believe that his description of Ace discovering his fingers is a highlighted detail by the writers to let us know that a pregnancy might be on the horizon for this couple. The close-ups by the camera as Spencer discussed Ace discovering his fingers and Trina's ultra wise words of wisdom is telling me that this moment between them is about their future as man and wife and parents. I do not know if anyone else here feels this way, but I felt compel to comment on that aspect of their conversation.

I really hope GH doesn't make the mistake of having Trina become pregnant. It's too pat. It would completely negate her character of being smart, goal-oriented and mature. Trina wouldn't be reckless regarding birth control, especially with a man who still has so much growing up to do himself. Spencer, needs to DO something before he becomes a husband and father. JMHO😊
@@rrobinnyc11411 Robin, I clearly understand your position on the issue, but my comments directed at any pregnancy by Trina has always been not because she is not knowledgeable about birth control, but because despite birth control, accidents do happens. I have always made it clear that I did not want her to be portrayed as a typical young woman who just happened to get pregnant her first time because she did not use proper birth control. Trina is a very smart and career driven lady who knows exactly what she wants in life and I want to see good things for her. However, if the plot revolved around an accidental pregnancy(a pregnancy that resulted despite proper birth control), I would be more likely to accept that than a lack of birth control mistake. There is also information that I read recently that says that Sprina wanted a baby as part of their storyline. It may happen. I see sign of it in the 12/6/23 episode.

Everyone who reads my comments knows how much I love his voice, so the way she spoke about his voice being forever in Ace's memories is a heart to heart moment for me. But, I must criticize that his voice was not the first one Ace heard. Spencer came to Wyndomere after Ace was born. He heard a few voices before Spencer peeked under the blanket and softly noted, "He looks like a Cassadine".

Spencer's sadness is very understandable. He raised Ace from birth. Esme needed to get her independence but she needs to figure out how to get child support. Aces daddy is a millionaire. Spencer can give her money to put Ace in private schools. Ace is entitled to a lot and not just some apartment over a diner.
Did Esme move to that apartment? I thought it was someplace fancier and Laura checked it out. She is picking up the tab.
