i like how it makes Cloud look like a super saiyan. later on when you get prime mode. the hold square hits are very strong, stagger very well, gives berserk which gives you yet more damage... and they charge the ATB insanely fast. put on haste and spam braver as Cloud launches himself into the air... shit is goooood.

For the Speed Demon Keychain there is a requirement that has to met to get it. I realized i didn’t have it after watching this video and reaching Chapter 5. I reloaded the save and tried again. Without spoiling you must have 5 (maybe 4 ) people present in your party (you’ll know what this means when you get to Chapter 4: Hue & Cry Mission. Before the boss fight). If you have less than 5 (maybe 4) people in the party when you go and fight the boss you will not be rewarded the keychain. I only had 3 present which is why i didn’t get it after defeating the boss so i had to go back a save file.
This build is very useful on Yuffie as well. Mug and Brumal Form are good for spamming ATB gains. Brumal Form also keeps you safe, and Mug has a massive dash attached to it. In addition, Blind Side can be used if you're getting staggered or stunned, so she's very useful for that as well.
This shines when you have synergy equipped on aerith, especially when you have her set up with an arcane and radiant wards. She's double casting and invincible while doing so... it's nuts. Put comet on synergy for longer fights (though I switch between that or quake).
Can someone give me some guidance to get the plasma discharge skill have met all the requirements of assessing 16 enemy types and defeating the secret boss but to do the fight in the combat simulator it’s not available. And Chadley says I’ve met all the requirements of the area. I might have to start a new game. Might this be a bug? Thanks

I can't know without looking at it, but you do want to make sure that there is an actually linkable slot. Some weapon types don't have linked slots, or they only have an x amount (some have one, some have two, you might have a couple that get 3). You also want to make sure that they're paired correctly on the weapon section. There have been types where I've linked it under my armor and was confused as to why it wasn't activating. Hope this answers your question!
Everyone makes a build that uses enemy skill, do the content creators never consider that there is only one in the whole game? People need to make more original builds for characters who DONT use enemy skill

The auto unique & weapon ability materia will switch between his punisher attacks and spam abilities in your shortcut menu. Having the second auto unique materia on Barret makes him use Overcharge automatically when it's charged. On Tifa it triggers Unbridled Strength to get that stagger bonus on targets. This works on every difficulty setting except Hard mode. It's very effective on Dynamic difficulty.
With how many weapons are in this game, its funny how many of them are right on the main story path that its near impossible to miss. With how big this world is, i wish a little more effort went into hiding these weapons.

Lol tried this... doesn't do that much damage on normal difficulty ain't that great majority of enemies are weak to Wind more than most in FF7 Rebirth. They are only taking that much damage cause it was on easy.
??? game difficulty is non existent on your first playthrough if you play on normal, you're constantly over leveled if you play on dynamic, its still easy with the equipment combos you can run so same level enemies doesn't "scale" its either you are higher level or same level as the enemies
Don't skip Intel and side quests. Chadley consistently develops good materia to have available, especially for your first playthrough on Normal or Easy. Also, you should prioritize completing all the objectives on Enemy Intel as that gives you more party exp which is how you unlock direct stat boosts and synergy abilities. If you consistently do all of that, the difficulty scaling will never outpace you and you'll never have to resort to grinding exp or AP on random encounters. You shouldn't flee battles either though. I beat the game on Normal and cleared all boss battles my first try except for the very last battle, and never had to use any healing items during a battle either until then. And that's all because I never skipped on completing all Intel in each region as soon as it was available, along with any side quests posted on community boards.

U need to equip the enemy skill materia. I guess that u equip the enemy skill materia, put the plasma discharge under quick comand, and then u remove the enemy skill materia. I guess that was why the plasma discharge greyed out.
Linking a mastered HP absorption to Enemy Skill on Cloud and combining Plasma Discharge with Regen is a decent way to conserve ATB and MP spent on healing in party setups that are heavy on physical damage. Otherwise, enemy skill is good for its stat bonuses and there are other useful abilities for regular encounters and some for boss battles (like Mind Blast). Soothing Breeze is good for healing multiple party members at certain times too. I mostly used Plasma Discharge for the mini-stun effect that it has so that I could keep up Cloud's onslaught and focused thrusts and keeping Sonic Boom buffs up when throwing in casts. I kept Elemental Fire/Ice on his weapon the entire game too. Those three materia specifically.
It's useful but can't be relied on as some sort of way to make every encounter a cakewalk. Maxed HP absorption linked to plasma discharge is always helpful for regular enemy encounters (especially when coupled with Regen) but you still have to put some thought into your party setup and do the routine prep work for Hard Mode prior. Just max out your cushion capacity and use HP MP swap materia on a character that you seldom use on your backline for healing in-between battles. That will easily keep you going as you progress from one boss encounter to the next. At least until you get to Northwood. You'll have to be more careful with your MP by then and have some sort of strategy worked out for that. You'll need Level 70 teammates and mastered materia to comfortably take on Hard Mode. Level 70 is easily obtained with the Firaga loop method at the beginning of Northwood, and I can get 342 AP for one materia every 10 seconds doing the Desperados battle at the Gold Saucer with Cloud and Tifa. The rest of Tifa's slots I link AP Up to the other materia I was mastering, as all she needs equipped is First Strike. Make sure to set the difficulty to Easy Mode when you're doing AP farming/grinding.

if u dont know, u can heal the infantry with potion..so its help to keep them alive.
The Sleek blade here shows the Materia slots as being linked, but my sword they are all individual...

For me it lasts for the whole fight it’s pretty lengthy
I don't think it has ever worn off once it was activated except for becoming incapacitated and revived.

Yes it does in the enemy intel in the menu screen

open intel.. look for mob in grassland that has not been assessed... u will find them.. then google where to find them...
im stuck on 15/16 Assess enemies cannot find the last guy to scan at all any help?
go look at your enemy intel and see which one you forgot to assess. also the battle intel fights have to be assessed as well. hope that helps

This build is waayy better with yuffie. Plasma discharge with mug and brumal form is so op and you can keep spamming it.

I finished the game and also used Plasma Discharge on Cloud but never noticed the Disorder ability. This will help with the hard mode playthrough.

I realised I hadn’t used disorder with the rune blade!,,
It might require two ATB gauges. So if you only have one gauge filled, the ability will be greyed out
