Hey, thanks for this video. I hope I didnt mis anything, but is it possible to just add floor cleaner to the freshwater tank? Especially looking in narwals homepage they even give tipps to DIY cleaner. Have you tried out just adding stuff to the tank? This would pull the maintenance costs down to a minimum, I think.
I spent between 1 to 2 hours trying to get the app to connect to the base. Was not setting up the location service for the app. Was on call with support. First was told need my phone to be on 2.4 wifi vs like other apps you select the wifi network to connect to. Possibly was not necessary once I finally figured out the problem. What was the cause….for some reason I decided to push on the robot while it was in the base. Once I moved it just a tiny bit, there was some electronic chimes and a voice. I tried to connect with the app and then it was working. If….this was mentioned in the video I would not have wasted my time. I didn’t hear anything when you placed the robot into the base. 😢
Super helpful video. There are a lot of settings and options to change. As for the screen, they changed it to 4 buttons - the circle in the middle doesn’t do anything
I have a shark IQ matrix two in one I don’t know if that’s good. I got it for 500. It doesn’t have self washing nothing. It just has a vibrating and it doesn’t have obstacle, avoiding it just uses lidar as the obstacle avoidance to which I find isn’t that good but it looks pretty good And I just wanted to ask you should I upgrade? And if I should which one should I get I just want a self washing robot that’s like at least 700 600 and has spinning mops maybe if that’s option if that’s available at 700 and also I want a robot that has at least a little bit of obstacle of wood like at least a sensor or something.
Are you testing the dreame l40 ultra? I really want to get that one but there’s no reviews on it. And I want to be sure it’s good with cat liter and cat food
Hey hope you can try the shark carpet Xpert hair pro stain striker you haven’t get yet so you can compare it to the other carpet Xperts and you haven’t tried the new shark power detect vacuums they are nice and the upright one is quiet but the cordless the power head motor is loud and they should fix the power head with a vertex cordless power head motor so yeah hope you get the carpet xpert hairpro stain striker
Personally, more moving parts mean easier to break. Narwal has a swing function to like edges. Also the dreames and roborock that has that is a lot pricier than this,
@@Murphys_Law9Because Narwal software is garbage to begin with. And because their consumables/replacements are expensive. Nothing to do with brand loyalty.. and if you want to know, I personally have Xiaomi! (which is basically just rebranded Dreame)
Totally missed the attached baseboard piece. This is super informative, agreed on the stickers/residue!
Glad it was helpful!
The obstacle avoidance of the Freo Z is really really good

Great vacuum robot. Great video.
Only down is that the robot don`t have the flex arm and mop.

God !!! In Europe and Morocco is 899 euros
This is better than pretty mcuh every other vacuum you've reviewed. Can yo review the Prolux Tritan canister? Thank you!
No swing out mop pad or onboard water tank for that price? Ridiculous
YEAH I was thinking it should have that also. it does swing the body to mop the sides

What? It costs 1500$ in the us? You are getting ribed off. In Germany its only 899
On the other hand... every roborock and dreame that cost under 1000$ in the US, are 1200-1500e
And I would buy those anyday over Narwal 😉
