I think Harry is like “I want you to love me, and I’m upset if you don’t, but I’m not gonna sacrifice my happiness for you to love me” type of person. So your analysis is just spot-on. He’s a carefree person and his own boss. He’s a pleaser but also an independent one if that makes sense. He never explains himself and just lets people think of him the way they want.
This is exactly how I see him. Naturally cool, super charismatic, chill, go with the flow, but most of all authentic. He wouldn’t put on a persona or do, say, be something that didn’t feel right or real to him. I just found myself nodding along with everything you had to say. No wonder people can’t help but like him! 😂👑
@@mah244 I didn’t hear any mention of putting on personas here. What I mean is that he will be true to himself and just be who he is and what feels authentic to him. You don’t need to be condescending if others aren’t knowledgeable in the same subjects as you. It’s not necessary to put others down for you to feel better about yourself.
@@mah244 I don't think persona is the right word, I don't really know the best way of explaining it, there is the extroverted gathering of information with Se and Te and introverted processing with Fi so its still authentic to the person. Extroverts need a feedback loop to tell them about themselves. When Harry wears something outlandish and the audience likes that then he is pulling in that reaction with Se and Te and wants more of that so he uses Se and Te to figure out the je ne seis quoi also using Fi so it still feels authentic to themselves. Maybe facades, not personas, they certainly do like to dress for feedback. .
He's so full of life. I am so grateful that he exists in the time I exist. At all, the thought of Harry makes my day, calms me down and inspires me. im so thankful, so much for his existence
I loved this analysis, and definitely no longer see him as an ENFJ. I think the database is so used to typing him and other charismatic actors or musicians as ExxJs when in reality, they may be really an ExxP type. This also really cleared up my confusion between Se and Fe. Thank you!
MY FAVORITE ANALIYSIS BY FAR. I've been saying this for YEARS, Harry is such a GOOd example of Se+Fi that seems "Fe" because is charismatic and good with people. We can also be like that!!! Thank you very much Eric!!!
Love this analysis! I think we knew Harry's a charismatic cinnamon roll, but this mbti outcome makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the research, I always enjoy your video's!
4:32 YES I'm an ENFP and my ESFP friend has quite the intense stare. Not in an intimidating way, but you can tell that she is very "present" and that if you capture her attention, you have all of it because her mind isn't wandering to anything else. Which makes her level of focus a bit surprising to me, considering that I'm an Ne dom with ADD 😅. My mind is never _not_ wandering, so I usually end up floating away from people's eyes while they're taking unless I make a conscious effort to focus on making eye contact. What's interesting is that the intensity of her stare actually helps a lot with my ADD and keeping me focused while I'm trying to explain things. It initially made me a little uncomfortable because I'm not used to that much eye contact, but the fact that she is so present in the moment kind of "drags" me out of my daydream tangent and grounds me in reality a bit more, allowing me to explain things more efficiently and get to the point. While she was visiting my family, there was a day where she came to school with me (there's only one other kid in my class, so it was small enough that I was allowed to bring someone) and I realized that I was able to focus much better when she was there. It's kinda hard to zone out when someone is (nicely) staring into your soul! 😅
Fellow ENFP here as well, and I laughed at wandering mind. I'm trying to stop doing that and it's so hard!!!! Like when cleaning I listen to music or an audiobook, and I keep going back because my mind always jumps to random stuff that are not even closely related... But also x I've noticed that we do focus on important stuff. If a friend really need us, they usually have our entire attention. People tend to think we're like cute gremlins jumping all over the place being completely bonkers (not wrong, XD we have days like those: hello exhaustion my old friend) but we can also be the complete opposite.
Omg yesss!!! I was so happy when I found this comment, as someone with an ESFP as a best friend I was really glad that another ENFP was talking about ESFP because most of the times ENFPs have INFP or INFJ or INTJ friends but ESFPs also make for a great friend as well. Sure, we have our differences, we have completely opposite opinions or likes and dislikes over certain things but that’s actually really fun to me to see how we can get along so well but still be different and individualistic. And yes I completely agree with the focus thing. Like they are extremely in the moment in any conversation or interaction whereas I constantly find my mind wandering off to random things. Like even during exam I have random songs playing out in the back of my head and it honestly gets so annoying to not be able to focus when it really matters and my bff is like super concentrated and absorbed in the thing she is doing. she can be so attentive and makes for a great listener. I really admire that about her and tell her how she has such an amazing superpower and should be proud of it but usually she just blushes and stays humble. P.S: I have a lot of problem with focusing as well, there was a time when I was seriously suspecting myself of having ADHD as well, who knows maybe I actually do 😂😅
Loved learning more about Se dominant! It’s one thing for someone to think “sure I’m pretty observant of my surroundings.” But it’s so much more active and dynamic with Harry. If he isn’t interacting with the world, then he isn’t “gathering” enough info for his Se. Maybe an interesting explanation for why it seems so action-oriented even though Se is a perceiving function.
I'd say Harry was the one person I "was" sure was an ENFJ 😂 This just made so much more sense. He also mentions that he is very controlling (Is it because we see our inferior functions more apparently because we want to be good at them?? Is that a possibility?). And the Fe man, you explained it sooo well. It shows how stereotypes just dont work. Now I'm just more confused about myself 😂 Its fine. I hope to become a celebrity one day and get typed by Eric Wen. One more motivation for me 😁😂 Anyways great video Eric!! Thank you so much for your interesting, clear, fun and simple to understand content 😁 Excited to se moorrreeeee 😁 Lots of love ❤
He did say controlling especially in terms of his work! Being hard on himself or feeling like he’s not good enough! I’ve seen that a lot from ESFP’s actually because of how their other functions work together - worrying they’re messing up their future! Camila Cabello ESFP also talked about how she’s a control freak with her work and needing it to be exactly the way she wants it to be… Thanks so much for watching Natalie and the sweet comment! Means a lot! These videos are a ton of work!
@@EricWen Oh yeahh! Makes lot of sense. So its like they can get obsessively controlling, rather than it being a little natural like E××Js and I××Js i guess. I hope I understood it correctly. Anyways Thank you so much for your reply Eric! Means alot 😁
I still see him as a enfj because this one might suit him but anyway because The one that he said he was (I forget which one, there usually spontaneous) harry has said he likes routine and not that spontaneous and that why I think he's a ENFJ
you're right he's definitely observant because there is a joke in the fandom that he has a sixth sense because when people try to take secret photos of him he's ALWAYS looking into the lens
I always felt like Harry Styles was an ESFP despite everyone saying he was an ENFJ. I love the way you explained everything and all of his cognitive functions. Great video:)
Harry Styles is not a hypocrite type of person. He's genuine and always happy to please anyone. The great thing is he has a brilliant voice and a great artist. I love him.
He treats everyone like they're a close friend he just bumped into on the street, from reporters to concertgoers to talk show hosts. He's very gentle and playful around people, and that's so charming
the way I gasped when you said EP lol, my whole life is a lie, I really was convinced he's an ENFJ, maybe because he is always so aware of everyone's emotions around him, saying constantly that he's a control freak, saying how he has a plan for what he wants to do 5, 10 years down the road, and how he NEVER actually answers a question directly lol, I thought nowadays him talking about being an individual who takes decisions based on what HE wants and what feels right is like something he just realized, like it wasn't something he always used to do, and that's why he mentions it a lot, like it's fascinating to him, idk, but can you please do Ashton Irwin from 5sos now, because i think he screams ENFJ lol
It's really not that weird for them to have a 5-10 year plan because basically they still have Ni. Although ESxPs use this in a poor and anxious way because it's their inferior/weak function.
@@annepaulinetiu4036 oh yeah you're right!! I recently realized that I might be an EXXP, so no wonder the concepts of the functions are a bit messed up with me
I’d be interested to hear your interpretation of him from the X-Factor days in the video diaries because he was definitely much more shy and uncertain and I think the boys helped bring out the performer in him.
I would reeeeally like to see a video about a male ENFJ cause they seem more difficult to find then female ENFJ's. And also would love to see an interaction with a female INFP or just a video analysis on a female INFP (this is me trying not to be too demanding ❤️). Love you Eric, your videos are always fun to watch!
I think the biggest part of his personality (I'm not looking into this or anything) is that he is honest/real, and he truly cares about what people say. I think he shows both of these in interviews and shows. His aura when he performs is contagis and part of that is that he cares about and loves his fans, and that he's real with us. He never tries to be fake anyone and always tries to be in the moment and appreciate the people around him. He doesn't care what other people have to say ABOUT him, but he cares deeply about people when they talk to him. Overall, I think that he mostly tries to make people feel comfortable with themselves and tries to stay real and humble. (I might be a little bias about him but there something about him that makes him just a great person in my opinion)
I absolutely love your videos!! I think it would be super interesting to see an analysis on Johnny Depp. I have always seen him typed him as an INFP, but I personally see him as an ISFP based off the cognitive functions :)
I've been going through all of your videos on this channel and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with you. I think that in life you probably came to a realization that you don't know who you are. You were surrounded by people who had a close relationship with their emotions, and that was something you craved. So you made a decision to find yourself, even if that meant being vulnerable. I love seeing your growth. You're truly an inspiration who has a great future ahead of you!
Oh! This one was surprising, I really thought he had dom Fe 😂 great analysis as always, Eric! Really appreciate the thoroughness you go into explaining a person's functions. They're really easy to understand and I learn a lot in a span of these vids! For a next British person, might I suggest Emma Watson? 👀 There's been a long-standing debate on what type she is and people can't seem to come to an agreement with her type. She's been typed INFJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ISTJ. It's been a mess in several forums lol.
10:40 as an Fi user (I'm an ENFP) I sometimes assume that everyone is going to act how they feel, or, at least, not feel obligated to fake an emotion unless they choose to do so by their own accord. When I'm around Fe users, I'm quickly reminded that this isn't true. One of my closest friends is an ENTJ, and sometimes when she's feeling disinterested or less talkative than normal I will jokingly act super animated and have an exaggerated, excited response to small, uneventful things. It usually makes her laugh a little, but I know that she's not going to change her mood to try and match how excited I seem. Her little sister, however, is an INFJ and I've noticed that if she's around while I'm annoying her big sister with inflated enthusiasm, she will start to act more animated in an attempt to match my mood and keep social harmony. I kind of feel bad when this happens, because I don't want to make her feel like she needs to adjust her own emotions in order to match whatever ENTJ-annoying shenanigans I'm up to. So when I'm around Fe users, I try to gauge how they're _actually_ feeling and I do my best to not stray to far from that and jokingly change my emotions unless I'm genuinely feeling that way.
I like the kindness you show, unlike a lot of personality analysts on YT, and i am talking specifically about more divisive people (not like Harry Styles) you made a video about
Yeah, I also think he's ESFP but I'm really struggling with understanding if he's even extroverted or not. He can act so interverted to me at times but it's probably his introverted feeler showing, he just can feel a bit down or not in the mood at some points)) And he's come a long journey of figuring out himself, he's been quite different in the 1D days. Interesting guy he is. I liked this analysis a lot thank you so much for all your hard work, I can imagine how much content you had to go through :)))
Thanks so much! I think like most people Harry has pretty strong socially introverted and extroverted sides that pop up in diff contexts and depending on what he’s feeling!
So… I don‘t really know anything about that letter combination thing that you‘re doing, but what I got is that you agree that Harry‘s just the perfect human being. Seems like you’re good at your job. 😊
i always pegged harry for an esfp too! harry has never cared too much abt adhering to social norms or fitting into the standards of others and instead would much rather do things that seem more correct to him, so its always been hard for me to see how others see him as an Fe dom. he definitely heavily relies more on Fi rather than Fe.
This is an excellent analysis! I love learning about personalities and I have tried to put him one group for a long time but I just couldn't figure out where to put him...this analysis was great, thank you! edit: I always thought that he was considered as an extrovert just because he talks on TV and the radio and all and that he was actually more of an introvert as he doesn't share much of his personal matters (not even about his ex-bandmates) in interviews...but that might be because he didn't want too much attention. I guess I misinterpreted his observative characteristic to be quiet and more introverted. YAY!!! I am ESFP!!! Nice to know that he is like me.....I feel kinda dumb not knowing that he is an ESFP, given I am one myself!
I'm so glad you touched that aspect around the nine-minute honestly the most common misconception surrounding the whole MBTI is Fi users are selfish and uncaring and Fe users are so carrying and cheerful that's just bullshit and there was a whole conversation about that on your discord server. another one is Se is all about physicality that's another misconception maybe so evaluating through not saying everything yes it's connected to being in the physical realm but also about sharing experiences with other people and making them feel good so at some point, it might even look similar to the extroverted feeling in that regard especially when both people you have a Se trickster so it might sound si strange to you Si is more concerned about your own experiences and body sensation and extroverted sensing is about being right now and sharing experiences with other people. If you are unsure about that you can watch an interview you can type night Novell no jumper there is an amazing example of how both ISTPs are trying so hard to make other people feel good but they have Fe inferior you might ask right? yes but this is a more high Se thing than Fe. You know how many shallow double-sided and straight-up cruel ESFJ I met through my life so following that previous path they should be a walking angel or something I still like that type but hate some people with that type to clarify it lol. When you ever met an ENFJ you will see a huge difference between 2nd Si over 3rd Se I explained before
as an Fe dom, i see him using Fe all the time! he talks a lot about wanting to be loved by people, see his last interview with Howard Stern for instance. if you go to therapy as an Fe dom, it's really common to realize that using Fe all the time can be really hurtful! i feel like if someone asks me how i make decisions and stuff i will always give an "in my experience", "in my opinion", "i feel like" type of answer, not because i am an individualist, but because I've learned that every person's experience is unique. i also do see him making people feel comfortable all the time during interviews, and don't even get me started on how he uses his Ni to dodge questions he doesn't want to answer all the time. i think this comes down to difference of opinion and i might change my mind with time, but i genuinely think he's an ENFJ
yupp. Fe is his go to. I think the reason he can seem like he isnt is cause hes worked on himself alooot and realized that he is trying to fit in with what other people want him to be, and is actively trying to counter that. Its actually something he struggles with. Hes never saying inappropriate things and always stays within the lines of acceptable almost too perfectly because of his awareness of social rules. I mean his Se is obvious but its coupled with Ni which we can see in the more intimate interviews and the way he can foresee any kind of social interaction either to make the other person feel good or to just come off as a charming person. Not saying he isnt charming obviously but he does have a certain performative nature from the Fe where he knows how he comes across to the crowd all too well and exactly how to get it.
Thank you, he's not an xxfj i always says this he really acts the way it seems cooler to him and what he feels comfortable to him and that's to me really important cause you can tell the difference when he doesn't want to match a one energy HE SHOWS WHEN HE'S NOT INTERESTED OR ANNOYED
He’s most definitely a xxxj type. The way he approaches life he is a perfectionist, he’s not go with the flow he always worries about the future, you can see around an enfp like Louis Tomlinson or a esfp like niall how different he acts to them.
@@laurenfels2886 how did you even start to see that after watching this video? he’s definitely not a perfectionist, he wants to go with the flow in life and do what makes him happy. he SCREAMS Fi and Se. worrying about the future literally is Inferior Ni. an Ni dom would be more confident about their future plans.
Loved the video. My own take is on 2:05 is he is simlpy lying, hence the panicky quality to his voice there. He knows very well what he would be doing if he had his anonymity back for a day but that would expose something he is not free to share so he is trying to find his way out of the question. Also rubbing his nose could point to lying. Btw, I’d love to see you do analysis on Lin Manuel Miranda.
Being an enfj myself, I can easily spot another enfj. at first I thought he was an esfp but as I got to learn more about him over the years he is not at all. enfj are often mistyped as enfp but here is why he IS an enfj. He isn't a go with the flow guy, he's always been organised and a perfectionist, you can see in 1d days next to the other boys. His happiness depends on others and he cares about being liked ALOT. He's a natural born leader and influences people. He's future orientated shown by what he's said about worries for the future. A natural performer - enfj come alive on stage but seem quite serious and shy off stage. In conversarion he's very receptive to others emotions, a sensor type wouldn't be able to read into people that well. Louis tomlinson is an enfp and niall is esfp and they act very different to him. He's a textbook enfj
Hes such an ENFJ, look up traits of an enfj online he fits the description more accurately than esfp and enfp. He is not a go with the flow type, everything he does is so thpought out and hes a perfectionist
@@megalenzbyxx8358 did you even watch this video. he is VERY go with the flow. he literally explained why in this video that harry isn’t an ENFJ being a perfectionist doesn’t necessarily mean Ni, you’re going based off of stereotypes and not cognitive function. Perfectionism in his work can also come from Fi+Se working together so that he wants to express himself in an aesthetically pleasing way as well as he can. ANYone can think things out, he is in no way an Fe dom and is a complete individualist that wants to take in all of the wonderful things in the physical world around him
Thank you for your time to analyze Harry Styles. I fully agree, having listened to the whole video. Imagine a world with all people being brave enough to be as authentic, present and open without prejudice as Harry, what a different, wholesome place we would create!
Myers Briggs personality type he is an ENFJ, I believe. But he is very much on the cusp with his E/I, his F/T, and his P/J. He is the perfect storm. He can do anything.
Fascinating. Tks. Not familiar w/this kind of analysis. My job 30 yrs was evaluation for referral to relevant services for ppl. Bipolar disorder also often aligns w/"teen idol syndrome," (one who is propelled to wealth, fame, "sex, drugs, rock n roll" from early age), whatever genetics & family of origin dynamics factored in, plus pathologies like asthma, diabetes... Many great artists & notables have this diagnosis. This gifted young man is very "original", hardworking & inclusive, & impossible not to wish him very well in every way.
Eric, could you do Gavin Casalegno (the guy who plays Jeremiah in TSITP) and Kit Connor, who played Nick in Heartstopper? Really curious about their MBTI types.
Harry lives in a beautiful and engaging sense of ... 'flow' ... living and being very real and present within the moment ... Hes very good at having fun and soaking it all in ... and with that he has the ability of giving it all back ... He shares his joy for life with others in the process ... by happily involving and being able to interact with nearly anyone around him ... This is something that clearly comes through his music and also his videos ... He has a genuine sense of humor, warmth and loving kindness ... he's got a bit of that charming, childlike wonder and yet is also quite caring and grounded ... I think these are many of the things that make him so popular and admired ... He's a great Entertainer because he knows how to entertain himself ... He's figured out how to enjoy being in life's flow ... Not really sweating the small stuff... Having fun with his life and good fortune ... He seems to like and ❤ love himself in rather healthy way ... This seems to have given him a nice happy balance and perspective on his life ... and a rather good and more positive idea of who he is as a person.
I never pegged him for an EP, because I expect a lot more chaos that comes with those types - like Louis, of course. I think it's because I'm used to extroverted Intuition a lot more. Thank you so much for this video
@@toribaker5860 I mean personality typing is a very generalised thing. Stereotypes are the whole point, it's just that some are more accurate than others
@@Purple-ur2sc the descriptions of cognitive functions in and of themselves don’t bring any of the stereotypes that people on social media use to type others. Harry isn’t a stereotypical ESFP, but none of the ESFPs i know are stereotypical. using cognitive functions doesn’t mean you have to act a certain way, yes it is a generalized theory and not very reliable but it is not accurate to type people based off of stereotypes. typed by function (as in this video) i can’t see him as anything but an ESFP
@@toribaker5860 I'm aware of that and I have clearly stated that my bias (because of the types of ExxPs that I personally have seen in my life) is the reason for me not immediately thinking that he was an ESFP. I'm not an expert and don't claim to be, so I can and do accept this typing for him. Also, I talk about chaos when one of the main ESFP stereotypes is "dumb".
And I agree that people don't always adhere to stereotypes either. Obviously, depending on their upbringing and the environment that they're in, people of the same type can be extremely different but they do have the samr motivations generally in making decisions even if they don't make the same decisions
The thing about harry is that if you closely examine him during the 1d days he appears to embody more of the EXXJ elements but over the years given the demand of his work and I'm sure alot of his personal life experiences he's had to adapt to a more ' carefree ' i.e introverted feeling system. He's been open about he cared about the outside views and expectations of others when going into his solo career but then he decided to take the risk and be authentic which is what I'd like to call his transition from a Fe to Fi but whether that's just for the public appearance or true to his private self too is hard to say. Personally as an ENFP the biggest thing about me being Harry's fan has always been my ability to relate with whatever he's putting out there musically or otherwise on a very very deeper level. So I'd like to think of him as part of the EXXP group but since I haven't yet transitioned from my Fe to Fi I can't be sure about the validity of this theory
I'm an INFPA, but apart from that, I'm like Harry with family and friends - I move a lot and I'm so physically expressive when I like things (but only surrounded by ppl I know) 🤪 I love him, my little ENFJ angel ❤️😍
Could you do a mbti analysis of the Korean band, BTS? You seem to do a really good job at identifying personalities, and I would love to see your analysis on them.
Loved this analysis ! I thought Harry was an enfj 🤭🤭 anyways I was wondering if you would consider analyzing Bollywood ( Indian) and hallyuwood ( Korean ) celebs ....I think it'll be fun
I come from the north of England and there’s one thing you can say about people from there is that we were very down to earth and we don’t have any sides to us and we are what you see.
Great analysis! I just watched your video on Zayn and feel like they are actually both very similar in a lot of ways (other than Harrys extroverted nature on stage). Would you agree? I think this is why they got on so well in the band from what I've observed as a fan of both of them! They have a lot of the same core beliefs and values.
5:40 yep. Which is why I, as an ENFP, find it difficult to believe if anyone calls me "cool". I just don't believe them 😅. I carry myself like a brain in a meat suit, and although my limbs are technically within my control they feel beyond it. It feels like I've had rubbery yet simultaneously stiff appendages carelessly attached to me. I'll look at pictures of myself from times when I felt very relaxed and "natural" and I look so... odd! I look so un-relaxed and tense that it's funny. And I can't for the life of me fix it 😆 Now my ESFP friend, she effortlessly carries herself very casually. I've seen sit on a tall stool in the middle of an open room and she looked completely natural. A stool! Quite possibly one of the least ergonomic pieces of furniture, and she somehow managed to look composed and comfortable 😅. One time my INFJ friend was looking at her and randomly said "__ is so cool" (but in a way that implied she didn't think the same about herself) to which my ENFJ friend enthusiastically reminded her that she writes stories and is therefore the coolest of the cool (100% true), which thankfully got my INFJ friend to smile. I do agree with my INFJ friend though (not the self-deprecating part), my ESFP friend is extremely cool. Undoubtedly one of the coolest people I've ever met.
Cool story 🙂 I've just figured out that I'm an ISFP when for a long time i thought i was an INFP. Reading your comment made me remember moments like this in my life where people commented that i looked cool. They now make much more sense seen as extroverted sensing is my second function. One woman i worked with was like "How d'you always look so cool?! You're only wearing a shirt and trousers!". And another guy was like "Kim's just so cool. She just walks over with a beer so chill". I always feel kind of awkward in reality - prob introversion and being a feeler - but it's nice to know I don't look awkward to others! 😂
I haven't seen him perform on stage but I've seen a few interviews. He reminds me Freddie Mercury on stage, maybe it's the outfit or the commanding presence. After a minute of watching your video I guessed ESFP or ESTP before you said he was definitely an EXXP.
Totally agree with all you said about Haz. Have you done Olivia Wilde? I feel like they're very good together (from the outside looking in of course). Would love to see what you discover about O.

People tend to think we're like cute gremlins jumping all over the place being completely bonkers (not wrong, XD we have days like those: hello exhaustion my old friend) but we can also be the complete opposite.
same feels here sister! fellow ENFP with ADHD. aand I completely agree with you
Omg yesss!!!
I actually liked how you analysed his behavior and personality. It was really detailed!
I'd say Harry was the one person I "was" sure was an ENFJ 😂 This just made so much more sense. He also mentions that he is very controlling
(Is it because we see our inferior functions more apparently because we want to be good at them?? Is that a possibility?).
And the Fe man, you explained it sooo well. It shows how stereotypes just dont work. Now I'm just more confused about myself 😂 Its fine. I hope to become a celebrity one day and get typed by Eric Wen. One more motivation for me 😁😂
Anyways great video Eric!!
Camila Cabello ESFP also talked about how she’s a control freak with her work and needing it to be exactly the way she wants it to be…
Thanks so much for watching Natalie and the sweet comment!
I still see him as a enfj because this one might suit him but anyway because
The one that he said he was (I forget which one, there usually spontaneous) harry has said he likes routine and not that spontaneous and that why I think he's a ENFJ
holy sh!t its so crazy how many people will watch one of his shows n type him as esfp bc hes a good performer 😭
Thanks for highlighting that EVERY personality type can be « caring, thoughtful and consciousness »🙏🏼
By the way, I loved your analysis as usual 😊
you're right he's definitely observant because there is a joke in the fandom that he has a sixth sense because when people try to take secret photos of him he's ALWAYS looking into the lens
I think that's Intuition.....
I always felt like Harry Styles was an ESFP despite everyone saying he was an ENFJ. I love the way you explained everything and all of his cognitive functions. Great video:)
Harry seems to be himself at all times and that’s why he’s loved so well!! I love it when he’s goofy and fun and serious!!
Harry Styles is not a hypocrite type of person. He's genuine and always happy to please anyone. The great thing is he has a brilliant voice and a great artist. I love him.
OH MY GOD I knew he wasn't ENFJ I don't know how many people I argued this withhh HAHAJDKSHH
He treats everyone like they're a close friend he just bumped into on the street, from reporters to concertgoers to talk show hosts. He's very gentle and playful around people, and that's so charming
I like the fact he does not compromise. No mirroring or pleasing, he just is. With a great sense of humour and lots of grace.
I love his personality and amazing talent. Great analysis, thanks!
One of your best analysis so far I think. The Fe/Fi explanation was so well done! And the Se analysis too!
💙🙏🏼 thank you!!
Nailed it! Thanks for this - much appreciated.
Oooommmmggg the most requested video OF ALL TIME IS HEREEEE!!! 💕💕💕🥳🥳🥳 Thank you Ericccc!
Really good, I never thought about him like this but it makes total sense, thank you!!
💙💙
Great analysis. He comes àcross to me as someone who has ADHD and has learnt to mask really well. But being neurodiverse helps his super creative side
the way I gasped when you said EP lol, my whole life is a lie, I really was convinced he's an ENFJ, maybe because he is always so aware of everyone's emotions around him, saying constantly that he's a control freak, saying how he has a plan for what he wants to do 5, 10 years down the road, and how he NEVER actually answers a question directly lol, I thought nowadays him talking about being an individual who takes decisions based on what HE wants and what feels right is like something he just realized, like it wasn't something he always used to do, and that's why he mentions it a lot, like it's fascinating to him, idk, but can you please do Ashton Irwin from 5sos now, because i think he screams ENFJ lol
I cant imagine ashton being any other type
@@Poofart437 no because if ash isn't an enfj then I'm calling mbti bullshit and the past 2 years of obsessing over it was a waste
It's really not that weird for them to have a 5-10 year plan because basically they still have Ni. Although ESxPs use this in a poor and anxious way because it's their inferior/weak function.
@@annepaulinetiu4036 oh yeah you're right!! I recently realized that I might be an EXXP, so no wonder the concepts of the functions are a bit messed up with me
He is in no way an EP type, hes far too worried about things and being liked, EPs are more careless about stuff like that
I’d be interested to hear your interpretation of him from the X-Factor days in the video diaries because he was definitely much more shy and uncertain and I think the boys helped bring out the performer in him.
I remember the last time I saw him appeared on the stage without saying anything, and I could just feel his energy immediately.
Ian Somerhalder is a classic male Enfj!
YES! I'd love to see a Johnny Depp one too ♡
This is my favourite analysis so far. Thank you so much💗 love ur videos by the way
Thank you!!
YAAAAAAASSSSSSS KING THANK YOU FOR THE ANALYSIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHARING THIS WITH ALL MY FRIENDSSSSSSSSSS
🙏🏼🙏🏼
He's a beautiful angel having a physical experience and loving spreading the love ❤
When you ever met an ENFJ you will see a huge difference between 2nd Si over 3rd Se I explained before
am i the only one that would love to have someone just analyse you, like i would love someone just breaking me down
Definitely not the only one. Lots of people have expressed similar thoughts. :)
Harry is something special. Adore him😍💚🌻
as an Fe dom, i see him using Fe all the time! he talks a lot about wanting to be loved by people, see his last interview with Howard Stern for instance. if you go to therapy as an Fe dom, it's really common to realize that using Fe all the time can be really hurtful! i feel like if someone asks me how i make decisions and stuff i will always give an "in my experience", "in my opinion", "i feel like" type of answer, not because i am an individualist, but because I've learned that every person's experience is unique. i also do see him making people feel comfortable all the time during interviews, and don't even get me started on how he uses his Ni to dodge questions he doesn't want to answer all the time.
i think this comes down to difference of opinion and i might change my mind with time, but i genuinely think he's an ENFJ
Totally fine to agree to disagree on this! Thanks so much for still sharing your perspectives and being here! Appreciate you!!
@@EricWen absolutely! your videos are always great no matter if we disagree 💕💕
@@Elgatoconbolso the thing is that we use all our functions
Loved your analysis, thank you! 💙 (you fell A LITTLE BIT in love with Harry didn't you - I mean, who wouldn't though!)
I know like that one time I searched up one direction...it all went down hill from there lol 😂😂
I believe he is what he is how he grew up. He probably hasn’t changed at all.
Your videos never miss !! This was so well said and really inspiring to hear as an ENFP
This only made me fall in love with him more
Being an enfj myself, I can easily spot another enfj. at first I thought he was an esfp but as I got to learn more about him over the years he is not at all. enfj are often mistyped as enfp but here is why he IS an enfj.
I'm a enfj and also harry said that he's not that spontaneous and he likes routine and is a control freak and all that so yeah I think he's a enfj to
I feel like he's heavily both ESFP × ISFP, but your ESFP prediction does make a lot of sense!
Hes such an ENFJ, look up traits of an enfj online he fits the description more accurately than esfp and enfp. He is not a go with the flow type, everything he does is so thpought out and hes a perfectionist
@@megalenzbyxx8358 did you even watch this video. he is VERY go with the flow. he literally explained why in this video that harry isn’t an ENFJ
being a perfectionist doesn’t necessarily mean Ni, you’re going based off of stereotypes and not cognitive function.
Fantastic analysis!! He definitely has that ExxP playfulness :) and lots of introverted feeling. Nicely done!
Thank you so much for this video
people rely too much on stereotypes
This analysis for Harry is so well done, and I'm very happy because it's the type I predicted for him. Thank you so much!
OMG TYSM FOR THIS! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR U TO DO HARRY! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
I'm an INFPA, but apart from that, I'm like Harry with family and friends - I move a lot and I'm so physically expressive when I like things (but only surrounded by ppl I know) 🤪 I love him, my little ENFJ angel ❤️😍
Also being physically attractive visually makes him easy on the eye.
Could you do a mbti analysis of the Korean band, BTS? You seem to do a really good job at identifying personalities, and I would love to see your analysis on them.
Harry as a person and as a musician is really inspiring to me!
Loved this analysis ! I thought Harry was an enfj 🤭🤭 anyways I was wondering if you would consider analyzing Bollywood ( Indian) and hallyuwood ( Korean ) celebs ....I think it'll be fun
peircing stare is wht we like to call his "I own all of you" "I'm hot and funny, yall wish to be like me" face. and quite frankly, we love it lmao.
Great video !! Found it super interesting and relatable!
😂 love you, Sam. Just the way you are…at that moment.😁❤️
Grat analysis dude! You earned a sub :)
Jennifer Lawrence and Matt Bellamy would be fun to see!
Jennifer Lawrence analysis is already out!
@@EricWen awesome, didn’t notice!
Would you consider making a video on how to type someone in real life? (what questions to ask them.. etc.)
I come from the north of England and there’s one thing you can say about people from there is that we were very down to earth and we don’t have any sides to us and we are what you see.
Funny I guessed he was ENFP. Just because he makes a lot of references to being intuitive. It’s cool that I was close to your analysis
You should do Chris Evans! He has such a dynamic personality, I'm curious what type you think he is!
Yes Yes Yes ! ..so excited !! 🥰
Please do Niall Horan
Great analysis! I just watched your video on Zayn and feel like they are actually both very similar in a lot of ways (other than Harrys extroverted nature on stage). Would you agree? I think this is why they got on so well in the band from what I've observed as a fan of both of them! They have a lot of the same core beliefs and values.
I loved the analysis, both of you are my favorite
Love your videos. Especially when you analyze celebrities. Keep doing it. Its fun to watch
These videos are so cool. They are really helping me to understand my kids who aren't the same type as me. Thank you. :)
Thanks for being here! ☺️
I had been waiting for this video since the very beginning of your channel
Thank you
This was actually a very good analysis.
I’ve been waiting for this video to hit 100k; happy to see that it finally happened. :)

And I can't for the life of me fix it 😆
Now my ESFP friend, she effortlessly carries herself very casually.
He is Aquarius, and you can see the traits. It's a great video explaining him very well. I like Harry. He is himself talented musician
This vid shows a really good example of Se+Fi. Definetly showing it to my ESFP friend who doesnt't know MBTI 😁
Great analysis!
he just summed up what we love about him the most
I've watched the whole thing crying because I miss him so much
Totally agree with all you said about Haz. Have you done Olivia Wilde? I feel like they're very good together (from the outside looking in of course). Would love to see what you discover about O.
Difinision harry es un alma libre que solo se deja llenar por la vida hace lo que siente y es feliz
Objetivo de vida: ser Harry
My son is an enfp and acts so much like Harry styles, so I'm not surprised at all about this.
Ya Wen!!! I live for these videos.
Great analysis! :)
Can you do Shia labeouf? He’s known for kind of having a crazy persona I’d be interested in hearing your perspective on it .
