My wishlist plants are philo luxurians and glorious 🙈😍💚🪴 simply because I think there‘s nothing nicer than velvety shimmering leaves 😍💚 I find it so funny how Rogier talks about Philodendrons and we‘re over here going nuts about them 😄😄 thanks for spoiling us this weekend 💚💚💚
I would love to try the hybrids too! Glorious, splendid etc. Right? His experience with actual rare and difficult plants makes for a very different opinion from most of us 😅
Fascinating 🥰 I agree with you on the Melanochrysum I got one recently and I'm absolutely in love! And that Spiritus Sancti will be beautiful in the botanical garden where it indeed belongs 🥰
I think Rogiers method of propagating sounds really interesting, maybe I'll try something similar with a larger stem cutting of my pink princess next spring rather than just using one node. And I also enjoyed hearing his storytime and general opinion of the spiritus sancti. I'm not usually one to comment but I just wanted to say that I always really appreciate your videos Roos! 😊
Such a nice tip of him on P.Melanochrysum cuttings. I think I will try because mine looks crap it shoot out such a small leaf after I acquired them last month. Maybe I have to change the potting mix and if the small leaves again, I would cut it as he suggested.
OMG, I love this video. I have learned to much. I love to see similar but less popular plants and learn new things about plants I already new! Thanks you both so much!
Wow loved this video, my new wish list is the little Nephthytis swainei that was on the video so sweet and not too big. would love to see more of these videos they are amazing and very informative
Wishlist plant: anthurium pedatoradiatum. Somthing about the hand like leaf just makes me so happy. 😊 ....aaand oooh I love you two! Really the best duo! 💯
My top wishlist plant is a philodendron lynamii. I just think it’s GORGEOUS! That bright pink backing on the new leaves 💚. And I really like the shape of the mature leaves as well.
👏👏👏I’m glad you are keeping us informed, thank you so much , I m starting my privet collection of philodendrons at my property In Florida and they are doing really well just with the protection of the trees canopy
I really enjoyed this video! Rogier is so cool. At least 3 plants on my wishlist are generally regarded as low light plants, and have iridescent blue leaves.
It’s on my wishlist Philo Luxurians and Melanochrysum, I really love the elongated heart shape, the white veining that pop outs in the dark green felt-like and velvety leaves
Antherum Crystallinum is my dream plant but I know I will never be able to afford it. To me it reminds me of a large turtle shell and makes me think of my mother, she loved turtles. 💚
Miss beautiful Aubrey type ko yang plant na hawak mo at the end of video hindi type yong 1 2 3 dahon lang thank you for sharing Godbless watching from Toronto
I like plants because they are beautiful and cool to take care of. I would love a huge melanochrysum like botanical garden University Utrecht with leafs bigger than my body 😍 Would need a bigger house for it but we will work on that part later 🤭
My wishlist is a combination of "unaccessible" plants, such as the Thai Constellation, a couple of not-so-affordable cacti , but also a few different succulents and a few hoyas. Most of my wishlist plants are just difficult to find in garden centers in Spain. Hopefully that will change with time. From the philodendron species, I have my eye on a Ring of Fire.
My wishlist dreamplant is rhaphidophora tetrasperma variegata, because I grow the green one now over 10 years, and I love it so much, I love everything about it, and it's so easy. I would love to have the variegated one too. Not because it's so expensive or whatever, only because rhaphidophora tetrasperma has a very very space in my heart, and i will never be without one. It's my most favourite for 10 years, and this will never change, i believe. I don't care about obliqua or spiritus sancti, i only want what i like and can handle.
If I ever feel the need to have some anthuriums, those would be Ace of Spades and chrystalinum. Maybe one day, but definitely those. Of Philodendrons: squamiferum and some other that has a heary stem. I think those are just so interesting.
I kinda really want a hoya cutis porcelana again...I killed the last one on arrival and I want it back. I just think it's neat to have a porcelain flower named porcelana and the blooms look like plastic on photos. 😅 Hoya obscura, because it looks nice when sunblushed...wouldn't mind a rosita either. I would also like an old/mature syngonium...I don't care which species...they're just cool to look at and all my syngoniums...uh syngonii(???)...Latin is difficult you know what I mean...are quite juvenile and tiny. And then...amydrium medium. I just want it because it looks cool on the photos I've seen. Also people are sleeping on Hoya calycina stargazer...it is one of my favourites andthe ideal emotional support plant for 2020. It's got pretty flowers, thick, and chunky but still delicate with the softness...ahhh it's so nice.
Which is your wishlist plant, and why? We would love to hear!
P. Rugosum!
@@riawhetstone3725 oh nice! why this one??
Oh, sorry! 😅 I saw one at a botanical garden years ago & rubbed my face against it 😅 I love the thick, textured, heart shaped leaves 😍
Aglaonema pictum ‘Tricolor’
Oh cool! I saw that at the botanic gardens and it's more beautiful irl than in photos I think!
Rogier is awesome, love his IG, he needs to start a channel! 🌱🌵🙌
I agree! But there's only so much time and he's got so many projects! Happy to have him on more so it costs him less time 😘

I love almost any plant when they look so healthy 💕
that's very true! they get the ultimate conditions at the Hortus (botanical gardens) in Leiden.
Omg I find him so refreshing ❤️
NIce video! I like the Ph. Luxurians and melanochrysum but for sure they are super expensive so I will just wait hehe
Yessss they are so pretty! ❤️

Awww yay thank you! If you have the ppp still on the mother plant there's an even better way to do it!
Ohh Rogier and you hooked me up on Howorthia all ready. Great video thank you.
Oh that's so cool to hear! Thank you!
Such a nice tip of him on P.Melanochrysum cuttings. I think I will try because mine looks crap it shoot out such a small leaf after I acquired them last month. Maybe I have to change the potting mix and if the small leaves again, I would cut it as he suggested.

I'm so glad to hear it! Thank you ❤️
Hoya is a plant you have to see in person to understand you can’t do without it! They are so different and so strange. I love them.
He is pleasant to listen to
He's got his own channel now too! And does many of the videos of the botanic gardens Leiden - @hortusleiden
Wow loved this video, my new wish list is the little Nephthytis swainei that was on the video so sweet and not too big. would love to see more of these videos they are amazing and very informative

Yes! I didn't know this until I saw it irl.. And the leaves are so so velvet! Amazing
My favorite wishlist plant is the anthurium crystallinum, I love the big heart shaped leaves with bright veines 💓
Yeess and they're so glittery!
Beautiful plants ❤️
Thank you very much!
I love Melanocrysum..too.
Yeessss melano lovers unite!
Antherum Crystallinum is my dream plant but I know I will never be able to afford it. To me it reminds me of a large turtle shell and makes me think of my mother, she loved turtles. 💚
Never say never! Things change, if they're grown in tissue culture in your area they become much more affordable 👍🏻
Miss beautiful Aubrey type ko yang plant na hawak mo at the end of video hindi type yong 1 2 3 dahon lang thank you for sharing Godbless watching from Toronto
I don't know exactly what you mean but thank you ❤️
I like plants because they are beautiful and cool to take care of. I would love a huge melanochrysum like botanical garden University Utrecht with leafs bigger than my body 😍 Would need a bigger house for it but we will work on that part later 🤭

My favourites are Lagendandras, Schismatoglottis and Homalomenas. Have a nephtitis too/ Just love very "wet' aroids
Nice! I like how your picks are not the regular popular plants 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Awww that's so sweet! A long lasting love for tetras 😅 ❤️
Hello Roos can you ask Rogier why clarinervum’s venations are not pronounced and silvery. Thank you.
Hmm why I think I can answer, cos nature made them that way!
I always follow your vedio chanel!
Haha thanks very much

oooh I really want an ace of spades! its on my wish list still, they're very hard to find. haha yeah the hairy stems are fun!
I can't find the photo of you with the giant melano on IG 😅
I kinda really want a hoya cutis porcelana again...I killed the last one on arrival and I want it back. I just think it's neat to have a porcelain flower named porcelana and the blooms look like plastic on photos. 😅

Oh interesting I never heard of that one! I'll look it up ❤️👍🏻
Wishlist: Philodendron white wizard! I'm not a pink princess girl, but the white wizard, that one is for me.
Oh interesting! I've never really looked into all the different white variegated ones (princess, Prince, wizard). ❤️❤️
Monstera obliqua! I’d love to have one
nice! which form? Probably the holey one- Peruvian? xx
@@plantwithroos peruvian is top most wishlist yes! But all unicorn plants are awesome 🥰
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wish list... difficult. Mostly I like all plants with weird of different kind of leaf forms.
I like that! Sometimes you have to see it to know if you like it
Roos, I now yell at the screen when I hear other UA-camrs pronouncing that wrong.....”NOOO, it’s EE not I. 🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha it's ok! Many people don't know. So I m try to say it right but not judge others 🤭😅❤️
Hoya collecting is a rabbit hole. If you're not careful. You'll have 50+ hoyas
Haha jep! ✅
I agree Spiritus Sancti is so overrated
Haha it is but then it's also very cool to see one irl - kind of star struck the first time I saw it 🤭😅
