- Wearing gloves is a great way of protecting your client or patient, absolutely. But NOT, if while wearing those gloves you are touching other furniture items around you or your hair, cash register, doors etc. Have gloves in every room and change them frequently with your client or patient.
Washing your hands very frequently with a great soap is always preferred for me.
Gloves cannot possibly make up for this in any one treatment.
Your clients notice everything, and this is a biggie. So get it right

This is so true wearing gloves or even face masks tends to create a false sense of security. The cash register got to be the most bacteria loaded surface in any restaurant.
So, so true. If I move my lamp and I have on my gloves during extractions I change those gloves immediately before retouching my client . I am so conscious that my gloves are no longer clean. I love washing and sanitizing my hands it’s hygienic.
100% AGREE!!!!
And so many ppl do this. I wash my hands constantly and will never stop. I’ve seen ppl adjust their hats and hair while preparing food. They wipe their noses and sweat from their faces. It’s insane😮
I am treasuring your advices!!
❤ hi, I use non latex gloves when I microneedle my face. I wash my hands, put the gloves on, wash them and then rinse them with alcohol 90%. I feel like this is more sanitary than my hands and also keeps me from getting g dry fingers from the alcohol. After I finish, I rinse, wash and alcohol the gloves on my hands, then carefully remove them to dry.
Then I re-use them for my next session 6 weeks later. I’ve had no problems doing this, and I have concerns for the environment…
Any comments?
Please be kind.
❤❤❤
So true 💯
