Wow! Your mortgage is over 30% of your income. That's scary. It looks like you receive substantial raises each year from looking at the past video. I hope that helps.

The recommendation is typically no more than 25% and an FHA loan will let you go up to 43%.I feel very comfortable with my mortgage. I live in California, where the cost of living is much higher than other places.
