I love your studio. I mainly to digital art but somehow I ended up with all kinds of random art supplies. And I actually studied mechanical drafting when I was in school.

Love the organization!! My work space is much much smaller but I was pleasantly surprised to see that we have similar tools and organization, including the IKEA chair and I'm not a miniature artist like you. I dabble in mini. I kept my rapidograph pens from art school too.

I have been following you for a while on Instagram and I love your work. I did not know that you were on UA-cam!!! This video makes me so happy. It is organized and full of everything I love other then the jewellery that I make like metalsmithing. I would love you look at all of your stuff in your studio. Organization is key if you want to leave a creative mess all the rest of the time :D
And any studio is a studio! This one is pretty awesome, but I went through all stages of poor studio, in my bedroom, just a table, etc. ^^

Totally agree, it's sad in a way. Not her, me. (Or maybe both.) I have most of the same things I do, went through most of the same phases, but I bet I have even more. I'm guess much will end up in the trash when I'm dead.
I'm guessing you are talking about art supplies? Just use them! Do anything, always better than it going to be trash.
You are right. I'm 71 so I'm hoping to make it to 89 and use them all up. But if I trip and break me neck my daughter will be in trouble. Actually, I'm kidding. My daughter will probably use many of my supplies and sell most of all the equipment. I would also be leaving an really pretty art studio, within my property. I am starting to declutter, but not my supplies or my tons of art books.
ah 71 is still pretty young ourdays! And you are watching youtube, so you must be young at heart on top of it. I hope you don't trip and break your neck! That sounds dreadful! And I'd be happy if you would just use your supplies, you sound like an artist, so I know it would bring you joy to just do art and use them. Creating is the essence of humanity, but most forget.

Je fais moi aussi une école d'architecture sans vraiment vouloir exercer ce métier...
Je commence à faire de la Stop Motion chez moi, donc je me suis beaucoup intéressée à la miniature et j'ai ainsi découvert ta chaîne.
Ça m'a fait drôle de voir les produits que j'achète toujours comme la peinture Pebeo (parfaite !) et la pâte bleue et blanche de Gedeo que j'utilises pour le moulage. La plupart de ton matériel tu les achètes où ? Moi je vais souvent chez Cultura et Rougier & Plé. Tu connais des magasins à Paris, ou dans la région spécialisés en miniatures ? Ou tu achètes tous ces plats etc sur internet ?
Sur Paris, il y a deux magasins qui vendent des miniatures : un juste dans le passage à côté du Musée Grévin et l'autre à Montmartre (la propriétaire et l'Atelier de Léa) mais je ne me souviens pas des noms.
Perso je préfére ebay, les miniatures d'artisans (le SIMP, Salon International de la Maion de Poupée à Paris) ou faire moi même.
Pour le matériel, je commande souvent en ligne, et souvent sur Artgate (le nom a changé depuis)

+Kenya M. Yes. The studies are very time consuming and intense and the job is not so well paid and you work a lot. You also work late when projects are due. Right now my BF has been coming home between 9 and 11pm for two weeks and working on weekends. It surely is a job of passion.
