Unfortunately the government doesn't allow the big high quality rough out to be cut by precision faceters. Also I don't have any faceters I know of that will dish out the kind of money required to obtain this anyway. They used to hold silent auctions in the local village to sell high quality rough but I think they stopped it if I'm not mistaken. I buy Sapphires & recut them because finding high quality rough over 5ct is amount to finding a Unicorn driving a Tesla vertically.
