Wow I've been there before. Meditation helped for a bit, you could try that firstly. Basically, I think it helps to have your own space in your mind where you can go while they shout at you and learn to zone out on it. Hope it gets better for you x
like many others i've been there, but it will get better, just keep on trying, trust in yourself, you can do it

You sound like you got what it takes , BUT your kids won’t appreciate everything you’ve done for them untill they too have thier own kids and only then will they truly understand the sacrifices that you made for them .
Until that time comes just trust in your own self that you have done the best you could wether or not they appreciate it .

I'm 23, suposed to be grown up, live my dreams and build a independent life... But I feel completely lost without dreams and goals I want to achive.
The 1900s really fucked up the family unit and the ideas of what "success" entails. It is incredibly difficult to find peace in a world bombarding the airwaves with fear-mongering propaganda 24/7. Yet, we have survived far longer than we are taught. Look to the stars, trust in yourself and let the universe show you the wonders it has to offer. Even in the darkests moment, a pinpoint of brightness can illuminate the world.
