Squash is one of our first products to hit the market each spring. Being one of our faster-growing commodities, it's quick to be transplanted and quick to put off fruit. We always enjoy watching the transformation process as it goes from a seedling in the greenhouse to a picked product being packed in a box about 55 days later.
