I kept my phone with me at all time during week 1 and week 2, there's no drinking water as they're just normal bedrooms, maybe fill up your water bottle from a tap before you go to bed x

There's a bag drop date given, do we have to give the luggage for both week 1 and week 2 that day? Or do we just give the luggage for week 1 and then week 2 we take the luggage ourselves? I'm a little confused? Please reply❤️
This sounds different to what we had to do, I imagine the first bag drop date is just for week one as you'll be coming home over the weekend and will be able to sort out your bag for week 2 then x
The hike is quite long but isn't too tricky is that's it's pretty much a straight walk however it's for like 5 hours. Also I think it's called scrambling, which was all a bout climbing around these rock formations. That's the only thing that I think could be difficult, I'm not particularly sporty or adventurous and activities like rock-climbing or canoeing weren't too bad.
So the rock climbing is the only climbing involved, although this may different depending on your wave. For us we were asked to try and aim for mid way up the wall or all the way, if you you want to go a bit than that's totally fine as well
what kind of size suitcase or holdall bag would you suggest to bring for week 1 i dont want to bring anything too big i think?? and this was very helpful thanks :)

Honestly don't be, I just remembered a wetsuit goes over the swimsuit and so the swimsuit is only seen when you're putting your wetsuit on and off
