I guess some one told him don't click on different sign or line in internet it will problem with need pay money or thief your identity etc. so, he keep that advice on mind and even not easy believe his own daughter. very smart and not easy change mind once you believe some one who advised you. so, all young Tibetans who watched or watching this video really need learn who really Tibetan are.
