this would be an easy win, as naruto one shot toneri while using kcm1+sm and not kcm2 or six paths sage mode. and sasuke is stated stronger than naruto in the novelization of the last, and a year later in the timeline in book of sunrise, sasuke is stated to be able to take on kaguya level opponents by himself. toneri should scale to kaguya, but both have conflicting statements over who is the stronger of the two, but they should at least be relative. so, naruto and sasuke should absolutely wash toneri with ease

I'll try to explain it,
I use 24 fps so here's how
Frame 1 - 2(double frames)
Invert the color of Sasuke and the Object (and bg) then put opacity at 65 for both of them(sasuke n object) . Add horizontal blur (around 0.20 - 0.80)
Frame 3
Remove invert color and blur on sasuke and the object (and bg also)
Frame 4 - 5
Put invert color and blur again. Switch Sasuke n the object
Frame 6
Remove all filters
