Hello po, sa pagbuy at pagsell mo ng stocks sa URC, ano po yung basis nyo on buying at 119 pesos and selling at 119.4 pesos?
Pinang demo ko lang yung URC paano mag buy and sell pero hindi ko binenta sa actual, buy and hold lang muna ako sa ngayon. Pero kung gusto mo mag sell ng stock, you need to consider yung fees, so dapat at least may 10% gain ka na bago ka mag sell para may kita ka. Sa buying price naman, pwede mo gamitin yung buy below reco ng COL as basis sa pagbili.
Hi Engineer question lng po ulit.. paano po malalaman kung kailangang mgbuy or mgsell ng shares??? Then once nkpgplace na po ng buy order, gaano po katagal ang hihintayin for the result??? Maraming salamat po Engineer 🎉🎉🎉
Mag buy ka pag mababa share price nasa buy below price reco ng COL and sell pag Nahit mo na target amount mo, halimbawa masaya ka na pag naka 40% plus na ang gain mo. Sa pag buy kelangan mag ma match ang bid price mo sa asking price ng mga sellers para ma execute buy order mo.

Pag nag withdraw po ba kayo from your Col financial account to your Bpi account, what type of bank account is it? Bpi Regular Savings lang po kasi yung meron ako and I saw dapat makaka receive ng check deposit yung bank account ko para makapag process ng withdrawal. I’m kinda confuse kailangan ko po ba magopen ng check account which is P10,000 para lang makapag withdraw sakanila?
All major bank accounts pwedeng maka receive ng check deposit.

Pag bago ka pa lang I suggest mag start ka muna sa PSEI index fund (FMETF) and blue chip stocks like Meralco (MER), SM, SMC. Pwede rin sa mutual fund, may mutual fund din ang COL and doon din ako nag start. I’ll be making more COL tutorial in my upcoming videos. Thanks for watching

@@jeyd5052 pag buy and sell , trading yun, buy low sell high. Mahirap ang trading kasi need mo pag aralan technical analysis. May mga technical indicators na ginagamit mga traders para malaman when to buy and sell stocks.

Mam ask ko lang po, bumili ako ng stock sa COL, sa price na 36.40, pero noong ma mabili na, bakit nakalagay sa portpolio ko ay 36.63..please help po.
Kasi May commission fee, sinasama nila yung fee pag compute ng share price. Ilang shares ba nabili mo at how much na na charge na fee. Tapos yung total na binayaran mo divide nila sa number ng shares na nabili mo

Depende sa objective yan, pag sa short term trading buy low sell high , saka short term lang talaga tapos naka depend sa technical analysis. Pag long term investing naman buy and hold, tapos sinusunod ko buy below reco ng COL or yung reco ng MyTrade sa Marge account ko. Pag interested ka talaga sa trading, need more time to learn yung technical analysis, magkaiba kasi signals ng long term at short term trading.

Hi po, what if po cinancel yung order ko, marerebate po ba yung order charges? Also, which term/order type po ang recommended niyo po when buying stocks? Pag DAY po kasi, mukhang mas higher ang chances of my orders getting cancelled. GTC is looking good but di po ako sure if it's better na laging GTC ang piliin ko po when placing an order. Pag hindi na execute ang buy order, ibabalik sa cash balance mo. Ako kasi laging DAY lang pinipili ko kasi bumibili lang naman ako stocks pag nahit na yung buy below price ko, nilalagay ko yung highest na bid price. Pag gusto ko naman ma execute na agad ang buy order ko, kung ano lowest ask price , yun na nilalagay ko. Konti lang naman difference , and the difference will not matter to me na kasi for long term lagi ako pag bumibili. Okay lang din naman ang GTC pag available sa platform ng broker kung gusto mo I set sa lower ang buy price mo, hindi maka cancel hanggat hindi na hit buy price mo.

Pag mag register po ba sa col finacial need po ba ng fee?
Walang bayad, pero need mo mag deposit ng fund sa new account mo, minimum is 1000 pesos, which you can use yo buy stocks later on
Pano po mag place ng order s stocks for long term?
Punta ka sa Trade tab or sa Quotes tab, input mo ticker code sa stock code, example BDO, then click Buy. Pwede ka lang mag place ng order during trading hours.

Through stock price appreciation and dividends pag dividend stocks ang bilhin mo. Mabagal lang mag appreciate Phil stocks pang long term sya. Mas Mabilis sa US stocks lumago.
