My actual thought process during the Chastain wallride: *cuts to finish line shot* "Oh sh*t someone's in the wall!" "Oh sh*t it's Chastain!" "Oh sh*t he passed Hamlin!" *confused* "Oh sh*t he gunned it and did a wallride!"
I remember seeing the wallride live. I genuinely didn’t believe what I had just seen… it didn’t seem real. I leapt off my couch when I saw it and it took me forever to comprehend what actually happened. Legendary move.
When me and my group watched the wall ride, our reactions were about the same. My own perspective, I thought someone just blew a tire or got bumped and smashed into the outside wall and it was "drive a broken car to the finish line, it's only 10 feet away" When they showed the replay and the full scope of what happened was understood, I was howling with laughter and bewilderment at the insanity of it. Even now I'm still shocked that it worked.
I am finally gonna get context for the (only NASCAR) clip I watched every evening for at least 10 days in a row. Am an F1 fan that doesn’t have easy access to NASCAR. This is gonna be a ride. Edit: Oh. I am so happy I am aware of this moment in motorsport. Awesome race.
@@Ace0843 i mean there was no way ross was gonna know that until after the race anyways, his desperation was warranted cos as far as he knew it was his only option
@@IElrekkaI oh ofc But it’s still kinda funny Imagine hearing a few days later dennys out and Ross was in. Tbh idk how nascar would do that. It’s never happened before so would nascar of only fined brad or would he still of been dq
@@timechanger9162 My best guess is either they just don't DQ Brad in the first place (because who would ever know otherwise) OR they make it a Championship 5 and put Ross in but keep Denny. It'd be a shitshow and a half if Denny got taken out because of a DQ that didn't even involve him or JGR, but it'd also be a shitshow if it happened and they said "nope sorry final 4's staying as it is." The precedent was already set that NASCAR can do whatever the hell they want when they put Gordon in as a 13th Chaser after Spingate, and that'd be the closest comparison to what would be happening in that scenario.
I remember watching that live i never saw him on the wall probably cause i was watching it on my phone. All i see is a ton of smoke and hes passing denny im like how he was done half a lap ago
I'm just here to see what the reaction comparisons are going to be from today's race to the '22 race. Doubly so once they find out how Chevy was doing special collusion
20 years of waiting, 20 years of wondering, the full 2022 video has arrived!
And twistedtoe finally uploads the martinsville race
I forgot how good the last 30 laps were in this race. Ross overshadowed everything lol
too bad the first 470 were TERRIBLE

It took me a good minute to realize this was 2022 not 2023. 😂
It literally had Ross in the wall on the thimbnail
@@canaan56 I didn’t see it at first
27 minute reaction video to a next gen short track race, it seems almost impossible
19:11 best of the vid
WALLRIDE!
4:33 “ my cats, eating a chair.”😂

That deal or no deal joke was top
“Full throttle the last lap “Wallride it” *proceeds to walk ride it* Holy shit!!!!
I am glad I was watching this race to talk about it for years to come

More found footage from the cutting room floor, lessgoooooooo!
9:30: Oh, just wait, buddy.
W full version
I wish I could see their reaction when they found out ross didn’t have to make that move🤣
What do you mean?
Since brad was DQ Ross would have had enough points to make it from the stages which would have been a shit show for nascar

To this day that finish still lives forever in my memory as the craziest pass in nascar history 😂
Mike delivers again, also out of curiosity are there any other reactions that you plan on uploading before the clash? Just thought I’d ask.
That was my thought when he was riding the wall....
"Wtf am I looking at?"
That was definitely a pro based gamer move XD
My grandma was about to leave for work and we were watching the race and it was like... holy shit... I was screaming
I was watching the end of the race walking out from work and I just started laughing so hard all my coworkers were so confused/concerned 😂
took 1 year and 3 months but we got there
2022? Interesting. Still,W day when Mike Uploads
Damn this was blocked for over a year

I saw the thumbnail and thought about the other video so I was confused lol
I did watched the race on TV But Ross was good job by wall ride! and Good/ wall ride video
Well hey Ross Chastain did what lightning McQueen did in the movie cars in real life and i did the same thing in NASCAR heat 4 at Phoenix.

i made a bet that if cole custer won i would've ate a shoe
Only took 2 years
You may or may not be 1 1/2 years late
OH FUCK
This honestly just added to the reasons as to why this car is bullshit, you should not be able to do that at all
It’s a decent car and it was crazy stop being a salty Denny fan
como que se tardaron un poquito no mas creo yo

TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT HE DID
