I am from Afghanistan and I live in Afghanistan... I didn't move to western countries! The western colonization which happened in the past centuries ago can't justify the Muslims' migration to non-Muslim countries from Islamic perspective. We are currently under siege by far-right thugs who are invading our communities and even attacking our masjids. These are alarming and unprecedented times. However, as a Ummah, we must confront some harsh realities. We are supposed to be paragons of conduct, ethics, and integrity, yet we are failing miserably. Alarmingly, Muslims are disproportionately represented in English prisons. Our elders, too, set poor examples for our youth. They litter, park illegally, obstruct traffic to chat with friends, lack basic courtesies, and do not know how to queue. If our Ummah were composed of true practising Muslims, people would welcome us warmly. We must stop blaming others and address our own community's shortcomings. The Ulama must stop ignoring these issues and take decisive action to reform our youth. We need to understand why people have grievances with us instead of lazily labelling them as racists. Many of the Sahabah were initially Islamophobic but converted to Islam after witnessing its true beauty. Can we say that the British Muslim community is displaying such beauty today? Absolutely not. We must stop being hypocrites and start practising what we preach. Reflect on this message and share it. The U.S. did create the problem in the middle east but that does not give the right for too many people to migrate to Europe, there should be a limit, they should migrate to the U.S., we have too many Mexicans here anyway, we could use some more non-alcoholic Muslims.
