  • In this episode of Paddy’s Golf Tips, I dive deep into Ground Reaction Forces and how they play a critical role in transferring energy from the ground through your body and into the clubhead, helping you maximize your swing speed and strike precision. I am using a new training tool called the Force Board Pro from SuperSpeed Golf designed to optimize ground force reactions and improve your power and consistency, by providing feedback during your practice sessions.
    In this video, You’ll Learn:
    • The key positions for loading and stabilizing your trail and lead foot.
    • How to avoid common mistakes like hanging back or being too lateral in your swing.
    • The benefits of practicing with an up-slope and down-slope setup
    • How to create and maintain proper pressure to stabilize your legs and generate explosive power.
    You can purchase the Superspeed Force Board HERE - superspeedgolf...

    This just seems to be blowing up at the right time for me. I ruptured both biceps over the summer, had multiple surgeries only to see them re-rupture. So I do not have connected biceps any longer. I have powerful lower body that I am trying to take advantage of, and kind of discover how to really generate power using my legs. I have been practicing on the range, and then it seems the last few weeks, I have seen SOOOO many videos on this. I feel like I have manifested this haha... Great content, Paddy!

    The problem with this, which is the same problem with almost all of these golf training aids, is that they are charging $180 for $30 worth of stuff.

      Just wait for the Amazon knock off. I’ve yet to be disappointed by one.

      I understand what you're saying, but you're not paying for the stuff it's made of; you're paying for the idea and system. That's the real value.

      Yes. $30 might be an overestimate! They think all golfers have $ for this which is not the case.

    Does this run counter to those who use stack and tilt, or who make better contact while keeping most of the weight in the lead leg throughout the entire swing?

    • @jeromekemmer8148
      @jeromekemmer8148 День тому

      This is the main idea of stack and tilt, to get the weight over to the left leg so it can be used like this. You don't only stay on your left side, you use the ground forces just like this to propel you through the ball. It's very consistent with stack and tilt.

      Maybe, but it is a hot topic right now, and much easier than finding a TPI center like this and going there: ua-cam.com/video/LcjdL1MRRF8/v-deo.htmlsi=B_reMdRP28PmCbte

      Be grateful for the concepts being taught, no one's going to tell you how to spend your money or whether to use the concepts, Geez.

      Paddy's giving you FREE lessons. Never cross selling or flogging companies products - yet whenhe uses a training aid to demonstrate a concept you type this nonsense. You must suffer from really , really low iq.
