It’s definitely the quality, I’m over giving a sh*t about people who don’t get that & having to apologise for it
I loved video. And i do agree luxury brands, more or less have great quality, details, and all finishing touches. Love Jill Sander. I also got on resale market beautiful dresses it was like last year or the year before, it was midi dress in black and gold( not shiny one, vety safisticated) quality, cut, i will wear forever 😜Have a blessed day🙏💗

Hi, Mary....I am a new subscriber. I have always loved Jim Sander. I have a pair of black Jim Sander loafers that i bought in 1990. I have had them re-soled one time. Have worn them all over Europe - miles of walking. They still fit and look like brand new shoes. I paid $400 in 1990 for them. Best purchase ever. I have several pair of Jim Sander trousers. The quality of the fabric - cotton - and the workmanship is superb. I always love wearing them. Thank you!

I just started sewing recently and its crazy how cheaply fast fashion sells their wear. Clothing is handmade, you cant get around that. Im much more open to paying way more knowing the amount of time that is spent and the quality of the materials
I'm old so I know Jill Sander better than most. Suiting has never been my style so I never was into her brand. What I don't get is Zara. To me, that is fast fashion but influencers are showing it as if it's not. Ir's not just the lack of quality seemstress work but ithe designs lack quality cutting of the pieces. Love these videos and the way you do them, thanks.
The more detail or finishings a garment has the more expensive as it take more time to sew them that way. I think you pay for this finish which is why it lasts longer.
Love high quality brands & garments however, the longevity of any garment depends on how we take care of them. We need to learn to not buy trends, combine what we can afford high & or lower price point to make our personal style fit our personal fashion sense! There’s a place for both but there is NO place for over buying both high quality or fast fashion buy what can be warn for at least 10 years classic styling
