The Municipality has instigated several programmes of redevelopment for the city centre and the historic Old Town, integrating traffic management into an overall policy to produce a cleaner, more attractive city for future generations.

But without a nice beaches,north and western coasts dont have nice beaches,only good sandy beaches of the whole island are concetreted on western and southern coasts of the island such as Balos,Falasarna,Agios Pavlos and many others.
the mentioned beaches are the more "photogenic" ones for sure, and that's where youtubers go, but if you are an actual tourist then to say that the whole northern and eastern side doesn't have any good beaches is disingenuous to say the least. :)

All over the world, cities begin to look the same. In this short film I saw no less than seven branches of shops we have, too. What happened to originality?
Why would you equate seven shops in a tourist destination with originality? It's a city of 200k people visited by another 2 million that will spend money during their vacation, if you had a recognizable brand i am sure you would want to get advantage of that :)
