For me as an Israeli my government and the biden administration had their disagreement. He tried to intervene in our internal issues like the legal reform etc.
But at the moment of our need when we faced a second holocaust he stood still and aided us. Even sent the us navy to be here for a few weeks.

The legal question is whether Biden was mentally competent at the time he took the classified documents. The point of special counsel is recognizing that jury nullification is real. Politically though, it does make a point - i.e. Biden is not competent to be POTUS.
