The Taco Bell Dog voice (Carlos Alazraqui) was also the same voice actor who did Rocko from Rocko's modern life. He was also in a bunch of other shows like Reno 911 and early Mad TV. Before the pandemic I got to see him do some stand up comedy in Burbank at Flappers comedy club. Super nice guy in person.
