As a professional in the mental health field I would wholeheartedly disagree with that diagnosis. I think he was thinking Zane has a genetic predisposition for schizophrenia but it never presented but there’s no way of knowing that by watching the podcast 😂

I was like the third to last person in line in Sarasota (waited for four hours LMAO) but let me tell you guys zane and heath were SO sweet. Their voices were almost gone and there were so so many people and they legit took their time with each person, let everyone get multiple pics and have full, long conversations. they were 100% the same as they seem online, even after how exhausted they were. Zane was still shakin his booty to hype up the line and everything. I can’t believe how pleasant they were even after that full 6 hours of meeting people. zane was a ray of sunshine, his smile and energy is contagious and i can’t even look at my pic with them without smiling bc of it. I got to tell them that their show means a lot to me bc my husband is military and i always listen to unfiltered to fill the silence in my house when he’s gone, zane called me sweet and gave so many hugs. they’re just the best and they made my heart so happy, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. thank you guys for coming to sarasota 💙

I am the same way as Mariah. I would rather be inconvenienced then be an inconvenience for someone else. I hate bothering people, I can’t speak up. And on the rare occasion that I do speak up the preparation I put myself through, Is wild.
Unfortunately it’s a trait of people pleasing. You may have had a close friend or relative or someone you look up in general that was a narcissist somewhere in your past.
No literally I start shaking every time I inconvenience someone when its someone working I always feel like the biggest bitch i definitely have gotten a little better but I will start shaking sweating lowkey wanting to cry jaja

@@mindyourbusinesbro6813she had strict parents but her family is also religious and love to help people. She’s talked about how her mom would bring in random people and take care of them until they got back on their feet. My mom is the same way and i have the same things Mariah does. It happens

Mariah, I'm saying this with love, your fear of inconvenience is a trauma response. I used to have it and through therapy worked it out. I recommend you dig into that. Your causing stress on your nervous system and you're only punishing yourself. I feel for you though, I remember that feeling when you think you're being a burden.
I relate as well I have always been a severe people pleaser & over time I realized I need to to put my own needs first. It doesn’t have to be a bad thing & you can still do things for others sometimes but still prioritize yourself when you need to. All about balance. Bc you are just as deserving & worthy as everyone else, Queen Mariahrr! 💖💖

I'm not sure where I heard this or if there's any validity to it but it really stuck with me: STRESS CAUSES CANCER.
It’s also a connection to ADHD! It’s extreme sensitivity to rejection whether it’s real rejection or we’re perceiving it as such.

MARIAH, I’ve never felt so connected to what someone says online, to the point where I want to write to them. I just wanted to say that I have thee same exact anxiety. I have NEVER heard anyone… ANYONE describe it exactly as I feel. I just wanted to say thank you for being this amazing, bubbly, and kind person who seems to have it all put together but this is something that eats you alive, mentally… so thank you for sharing and looking a bit like us normal folks. Seriously, thank you so much.
I wrote this in my main comment on this video, but i related and have the same issues too. You are not alone and it's actually a very common issue! If you ever have the opportunity or are curious, there's a treatment for this called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT for short) that people like us can do with a therapist that is meant to re-train your brain to not go into these anxiety inducing negative thought patterns and it's effective for a lot of people!

My social anxiety is so bad that during the last few weeks of college before my break i didn't have enough food to last but i didn't buy anything
So for a couple days i was eating a little bowl of oatmeal per day and that was it
I was so hungry but so stressed that i couldn't bring myself to order or buy food/groceries

I died laughing when Zane was talking about the crow attacking his head...something similar happened to me lol. My chihuahua had ran away and I was walking down the neighborhood looking for her and all of a sudden this crow just comes and digs it's claws into my head. It Literally looked like it wanted to fly away with my head 😂 I was like wth and then powered walked away and thought it was a one time weird thing, but I ended up walking back and it did it again. This girl that was walking down the street saw it attack me again and she was like was that a crow on your head and I was like yes 😂 it was so embarrassing and scary

Y’all should definitely sell to hotels and owners of apartments that rent air bnbs. You could also contact cleaning companies that stock k cups and coffee/snacks. There are companies that stock break rooms in large offices. Not only is it good marketing but an easy way to stack long term accounts and secure production. You could set up a service at gyms where you set up a coffee corner sponsored by kramoda. Same with movie theaters, commercial lobbies like leasing offices and car dealerships.
