They just gave her hairstyle bangs and now she looks like a new operator. I love both of her looks, will definitely buy this skin. Thanks for a showcase.
im still bummed that they didn;t get her a new effect for her s1 because the other mystic casters all have unique effects for their skills.. my iris 😭😭
@@mlhx9181 i dont really see how she can even compete with the aoe casters, and i dont even have any meta casters, lava purg, dusk, and passenger are the only ones i built...i should build that Carne i got But if you can give me a compelling reason to build her i will, because ive built all the azling ops before even touching my super meta 6 stars
@@ratatouilledrinksclorax9897 from my own experience, she has saved ops like Nearl a few times with her 7 second sleep. Gave her enough time to charge up a heal and also did good damage because the S2 AOEs can overlap. I'd imagine it could offer other ops some extra time to charge up if they need it too. (Possibly firewatch S1 downtime?) Also fairly good against wraiths and bullies since sleep stops for a while + bullies are weak to arts. Also useful against spiders and those screaming flowers from under tides for the same reason. The extra range is something I personally find really nice. Probably doesn't mean all that much but I tend to like ops with longer range.

I suppose she does have a theoretical damage burst (S2 explosion overlap + 2 charges,) for around 10.5k, or 7.2k for just the overlapping AoEs. However these reqire two targets (+ might need to hit minions close to boss to get it to work on them due to sleep resistance) I have found you can use a pusher to move your exploding enimies into others. Not exactly practical but it's fun to play with.

As a meta slave I agree with people in the comments, she kinda sucks. Her damage isn't overkill to the point of being broken, she just does enough to do her job. Compared to Surtr, she can't melt bosses with 90 res without help and compared to Chalter, she can't decimate everything in her range with just one push of a button so I can turn off my brain. She also has limited range, look at GG she can attack wherever she wants, why cant Iris? What? Buffers? Who tf uses buffers? I have META! This is satire BTW so don't be offended. I actually think she's in an okay spot damage-wise. Unless you actually think like this, then please be offended as much as possible.

Iris isn't too bad. She loses to Eyja and the like but still usable. Having the extra range and the damage burst can be useful.
