I think that sketch card is one that’s 3 cards put together. I’ve never pulled one but I’ve seen some on marketplace and eBay. They are cool! Hope you get one

They were at my LCS, not found in retail stores. A hobby only item.
Easy math for how many packs were made. There's 50 states. They made about 100 per state. That's 5000. Since it's 1 in 36, they made about 180,000 packs.
So it seems to be a smaller print run. Since it's 200 cards, they made about 6000 sets it seems

I got a relic card from late to school or 35th anniversary one and it’s numbered to 199 so the coin card is definitely a better hit then that series is
