- For most it's not a struggle to find six beers on their 21st birthday, but on Fanning Island its like striking gold. My Kiribati family hosted a birthday beyond my wildest dreams, and it was perfect in every single way. Plenty of characters attended and there was no shortage of food or dancing.
The kindness of these people. It’s showing just how much you have lived and been accepted there. If anyone shows the way the Bible says to live it’s to live selflessly and expect nothing in return which describes every person in this video. Please let me when I get old in Wisconsin get to live forever among people as kind as this. Thanks for sharing.

I served in the Peace Corps in Kiribati back in 2000-2003. The people are amazing, and the islands are beautiful! So many memories!

Congrads on your Birthday las year and recording it for us to see and enjoy. Your sweet spirit is shown so well. I also was blessed to see Brunno and Chuck again and of course hear that Tyrone is there and gifted you with a sacrifice... Do give them my best when you see them again. I have fond memories of visiting them there and the great help they gave to me on my supply and medical mission ventures, and many seasons of visits God allowed me to do on the cruise ships.
I also enjoyed your other videos and so glad to see you are building a cool dwelling on Fanning. You are a lucky guy and have so many gifted people on your team. Hope your trip to Vegas and seeing your girlfriend was awesome and a good recharge for you. I really would hope you continue the documentaries and maybe do one regarding if and how the current weather and sea rise might be effecting the island. As I mentioned, I would hope you can inform so many people to see the changes that are coming if we don't make some changes. If ever in Kona or Colorado do contact me so I can meet up with you and help your ventures.
