Great video, even i want to change the Handel however i think wires are short? What avenger model is this? I have 2017 nov model. Any problem you are facing with wires?
No issue, because the handle bar is not too different. Its from RD350. no wire change needed.

I have 160 street .but its handlebar is so painful for me and my backside is paining .can i fixed 220 cruise handlebar . Its comfortable for me or not pls help
You can. not an issue. your cables might need to be extended. But you can get it done, no issue.

Bro...I am thinking to do opposite of what u have done. I have a avenger 220 dtsi . I feel dificult control when i have to turn handke fully at one side for u turns, specially with pillion. I feel that i fit street short handle it will be more confortable in city..what do u suggest?

Handle change krne se driving me fark parta h khas krke long drives par..bcz maine v apni bikes me change kiye the bt actually seriously kafi fark parta h..bcz company jo deti h soch smjh kr hi deti h..
Company har cheez soch samajh kar hi deti hai, everything is tested. Every nut is there coz company did research on it.
But iska matlab ye nahin ki company hamesha sahi hoti hai.
Warna hazaron modding companies nahi exist karti.
For ex. Company ne bohot soch samajh kar decide kiya ki bike me kickstart option nahin hona chahiye, chutiya decision.
Company ka kaam hai paise kamana aur uske liye wo kisi bhi cheez me thoda bohot compromise kar sakte hain.
Andh bhakt mat bano bhai, thoda apna bhi dimag lagao.

@@JagjitSingh-vb4nf Exactly bhai, for example engine mat chhedo. Tyre size mat chhedo. Because woh sirf company fix kar sakti hai. Other than that jispe aapka control hai woh modify kar sakte ho. And it was not a lecture, you posted a comment on a video about modification saying " company jo deti h soch smjh kr hi deti hai" gors against the whole video, that is why I explained.

Main problem is of cable...it makes more tension on cables and therefore life of cable will effect for sure...
Thats why the shorter handlebar. Been using this for over 1.5 years. All is awesome.
@@theXplorerRS Hi, I own 150 street, did consider the same handlebar but found it wider for Mumbai traffic. But now for long rides I am considering it. I am 5'8" tall, stock handle bar feels away from my reach, I have bend from waist to ride it properly, but it starts giving me back pain. What's your height, will this RD350 be good for me.

Hi I'm a Filipino, I want to purchase Kawasaki Avenger 220, because I wanted to ride a cruiser motor bikes, and 220cc is a good displacement. But I saw in one of the vlogger SWAPY BOND(from India too) that his Bajaj Avenger, easily get rusted. Do you think its worth buying this Avenger 220cc, because I.m worried that in the long run its hard to maintain. I HAVE A HONDA CB110 AND THE PERFORMANCE IS GREAT. i WANTED TO TRY A CRUISER TYPE WITH BIGGER DISPLACEMENT AND THIS AVENGER IS THE ONLY CRUISER HERE IN PHILIPPINES THAT HAS A GOOD PRICE. Well, since you are comparing it to a Honda, Bajaj is although top notch in quality, its a little behind the Japanese manufacturer. I used to have a Honda CB125 and it was exceptional.
Rusting problem in Bajaj does exist, but it all depends on how u keep the bike. If you keep it indoors, covered, protect it from rains etc. It will last you a long time. Bajaj is getting better day by day in terms of reliability and performance. If you are wondering whether to buy this bike or not then don't over think, its a very well made bike except minor issues such as skidding.
About the bike being nimble, yes it is. This is the bike that is beyond categories. Cruiser yet you can lean on it.
And like always, don't make up ur mind without a test drive.

See buddy, the bike has a longer wheelbase. so no matter what handlebar you use, it will have a huge turning radius.
but if you are measuring in millimeters then the stock one is best.

I have avenger street so stock handle is already lower than cruise model so that we can maneuver better on narrow roads... only thing is that it is little shorter so weird position.

Are you facing any sort of trouble with the wiring. I went to mechanic to fit cruiser handle bar to my street 220 and he said that would spoil all the wirings, and cruiser wirings aren't meant for street.
Prakhar Sakalley I didnt face any issues, but the mechanic is right. Cruise handlebars are a bit tall. You will need to rewire the setup.

Prakhar Sakalley No issues if done properly and genuine wires used. To be extra safe, get it done at a bajaj workshop.
and yes, you can switch handlebar later as well..

This type of handle will help us only 10 percent, if you want real comfort, get the avenger Cruise handlebar.

what about Bajaj avenger 150 street is it good for long ride. I heard from many peoples Bajaj engine makes sound more after 4-5 yrs is it true?also Bajaj engine have problems with spears parts?us it true?
Ninad Talekar If you are planning to buy an avenger then plz go for 220 if you can. i understand that the budget really matters. if you cannot then 150 is fine. you can do ling trips. engine is refined. no issues there, and all the spares are easily available. and about engine noise in 4-5 years, i cannot confirm. but i have seen avengers that are really old working fine.
and yes, earlier Bajaj didnt have good quality products, but trust me, they have come a long way. I am impressed to my core. No complaints.
As compare with Honda engine is it reliable? I have to ride 300 to 400km once in month with my wife & every day 60km for office.is the avenger 150 is good for this? many peoples suggesting me Honda hornet
Cannot comment on reliability yet. From what I have heard Bajaj doesnt have a good repo against the Japanese giants. But I have a feeling about Bajaj that it wont disappoint you. Hornet is a good bike, but you cant compare these 2. they are a whole different species. Hornet wont provide the comfort of an avenger. and Avenger may not fulfill your peace of mind. My bet is on Avenger.
Hornet is a under powered bike in my understandings just like avenger 150 is under powered. The 150 is capable of that 60km daily compute to your office ( as it gives better mileage ) but is not good for 300-400km. Also hornet is costlier than Avenger 220. 220 gives me around 35kmpl .

When launched first, Unicorn revolutionized the 150 cc segment, but in this time and age.... the hornet is the better choice. it gets a lot of bells & whistles... Hornet 160 is the better pick.

Haafy Mehar Yes, it will be a direct fit, but you are gonna have to buy new clutch wire, new accelerator wire and may be the front brake cord also. Total cost will be somewhere between 1200 to 1500.

What is cost of seat modification? With extra foam?
Don't get your seat modified. Seat modifying shops cost way too much. Just go to roadside 'Seat cover makers, ask them to use good leather and get a cover made. Then tell them to add a bit of foam on the existing seat and put the new cover on it, Done.

The air filter is just a cutout of a thin sponge. Can't say any thing about the filtration it offers.
