@irenerosario8461 yes you can. My cousin cut 1 and rooted it. Now his entire back wall 18'x6' is covered in it and producing 100s of fruit. I just asked him for some cuttings today to try for myself. I have found out through research, they only fruit for 5-7 years though
🍹 Passion fruit juice is absolutely delicious, and knowing the hard work that goes into harvesting the fruit makes it even more special. The freshness of the fruit really comes through in the taste, making it so refreshing and flavorful. 🥭 Have you ever tried making passion fruit juice yourself? It's such a treat!

Thanks for the Passionfruit videos! I had read that you need to let the fruit drop and THEN harvest, however, I see you cutting them off the vines ? Is that ok … will they be ripe enough? Thanks in advance for any and all help !😊❤
It may not be the same tree at the end. Maybe one they had before because to the end the sticks are bigger than the initial set, and there are metal rods holding up the trellis at the top.
Hey if you still want an answer to this question then.. Yes it can be grown from cuttings. I have tried growing seeds in two ways direct sowing and tissue paper method both work fantastic (one fruit will have many seeds in it (if you have access to a fruit taste it and make a juice of it (spit out the seeds wash and dry and put it in the soil or the tissue) Have fun ☺
It can be grown.. I have grown it in a 14inch pot and its in a balcony. It requires lots of sun and good amount of water (it hates drying out, I water it once daily sometimes twice) (it's growing in a cocopeat mud and compost mixture) try it out, plants can range anywhere from 150 - 300/- I recently got a new sapling for 30/-
True. But in the US/first world, we also over emphasize preemptive safety for the tiniest of reasons. I believe being reasonable with risk is our own choice. Would I use a plastic bucket that used to have some crazy chemical in it before? Probably not. But even a former paint bucket is probably ok after it has been thoroughly cleaned. I mean, any possible leachate from the bucket would first have to go into the surrounding earth before the roots "might" pick it up before it even then reaches the fruit...

Thank you for sharing a step by step way to grow passion fruit. 👍🏻🙏🏻
Passion fruit is made into juice, it really tastes good. Moreover, the harvest of the plant itself, the taste becomes even more delicious.
Can we grow by cutting?

They stuck the other 2 sticks in the ground. You can see that at 4:49
It may not be the same tree at the end. Maybe one they had before because to the end the sticks are bigger than the initial set, and there are metal rods holding up the trellis at the top.

I believe that term in used in certain parts of the Spanish speaking world. Pomegranate = passion fruit = granada = maracuja.
I’m told you let them fall off
Do not pick!!!!!!! They aren’t sweet until they fall off bro

Different colors grow in different areas here in the United States are native passionfruit is really pale yellow when ripe

Size of the pot
Those look like what in the US are called 5 gallon buckets. In the metric world, those would be 20 liter ones.
