    This is a clubbell matrix to warm up the shoulders prior to intense physical work. A proper warm-up is important for lubricating the joint capsule and preparing the muscles for loading. It can be done for rehab strengthening as long as you're thinking about anchoring the scapulae and not over-manipulating the bells.
