I cannot count the amount of times I've watched the gameplay preview before this game was released just to listen to this track even with the SFX on top. So happy to finally hear this absolute BANGER on its own!! Easily my favorite track from the OST!

I've been trying to figure out why this sounds so familiar, and I think I finally have it. The synthisized piano at the beginning sounds exactly like the soundfont in the SNES Goof Troop game.

@@rogercruzleon yeah, the channel 6 jingle was in the 87’ cartoon every time there was a scene in the news building or with Bern, Vernon or Irma.

This song reminded me when I was a kid in my nearest arcade place. The place full of smoke but it have Sunset Riders 4 players, TMNT original arcade game 4 players, TMNT Turtles in Time 4 players, Quartet 4 players, Ninja Warriors 4 players. I truly missed that era where everyone socialize through that kind of place rather than using smartphones.
90's era is truly one of the golden ages.
Err, they still exist today in the form of retro arcades, and they have been doing very well. So go to one, you won't be sorry.

Absolutely brilliant, if you didn't already know you might have thought it was ripped directly from Turtles in Time
This is one of the greatest opening stage songs in all of gaming. Tee Lope absolutely destroyed it here!!! The Melody & Instrumentation take wonderful inspiration of late 80's & 90's arcade music, while still letting you KNOW & FEEL this is a TMNT (referencing the 1st few lyrics of iconic 1987's theme) game right off the bat. It hits you HARD with it's chorus & it's fantastic build up!!!! And even when you think it stops impressing you after the chorus is done, IT THROWS IN A ELECTRIC GUITAR FOR GOOD MEASURE!!!
The intro is just perfect for what feels like the grand return of the turtles. Awesome fucking song.

Holy hell, this song is seared into my brain after dozens of attempts to do a no-damage run on gnarly difficulty! If this was an actual arcade, that challenge alone would've bankrupted.

Cant wait to eventually get off work to play more. Beat arcade mode yesterday in one sitting and still hooked.
For some reason I'm reminded of Ryu's theme from the first Street Fighter EX game, this track has very much the same vibe to it. Probably explains why I dig it so much.

This sound is frickin' awesome and all, but I think it really needs a double loop with a smooth transition version. Not a huge extension, just a dual loop. It's the standard of OST nowdays, it can't go wrong.
This may just be my favorite opening stage track since “Strike the Earth”. It sets the tone of the whole game perfectly.

That part seems to be inspired by the climax of the stage 2 theme from the original Double Dragon.

Am I the only one who kinda wishes the ost release for these songs had just one loop before ending with that "ost exclusive ending to the track"? The tracks feel kinda short with just playing the main meat of the song once and not looping and just kinda...ending.
