Not that it much of a difference, but Deku 5% is more than All Might at 5%, something that somehow always gets overlooked but the quirk gets stronger with each pass. so Deku at 100% would be a lot stronger than All Might at 100%

I disagree. I have no doubt that when Deku is a fully grown adult he will be stronger, but right now even with his training he is still a kid. All Might has decades of training and building up muscle, not to mention the experience to use his power efficiently. All Might using only 5% would still beat Deku without breaking a sweat.
If it seems strange to you that Allmight has been transformed for so long, it is because the sequence of events is different in the manga. I just realized that Sato's sugar powers make a reference to the effects of cocaine oO. The appearance of wrestling also denotes it.

She bases all of her self-worth on her superior abilities and when someone else catches up to her and she's no longer the undisputed best her psyche starts to crack, making her lash out at others more and more, until she crumbles completely under her self-imposed pressure. Of course with a relatively stable family, not living in a post-apocalyptic hellscape, not having to fight monsters that would destroy the world and never having to go through the kind of trauma Asuka suffered, he's nowhere near as fragile and far more likely to grow into a "normal" Human being that can accept not to be the best at everything.

He has shown he can fight beyond the time limit, but that will only decrease his operational time in the near future. While it may be three times longer then the test he can still put himself under too much stress and hurt himself. He is fighting someone who is technically stronger then him, even if he shouldn't go all out yet.
