Se aceita minha opinião em relação ao canal de injeção do molde, deixar o ângulo do bico de injeção do molde pouco mais aberto em relação ao bico de injeção da máquina, fazendo com que om plástico não retorne formando um "chapéu", entre nos dois bicos. E como um amigo disse nos comentários, poderá colocar um bico quente no molde para não esfriar o plástico.
Я конечно не инженер ни разу, но тут прям видно, что есть нюансы: 1)канал литника должен быть коническим, чтобы деталь с литником легко извлекалась 2)деталь должна оставаться на подвижной части прессформы, для этого будет достаточно трех отрицательных приточек, которые будут запирать пластик в ней, а система удаления будет в дальнейшем выталкивать всю деталь из формы 3)поставьте температурный датчик на неподвижную часть прессформы, ее температура должна быть не ниже 60-70⁰, это компенсирует растекаемость пластика и увеличит время застывания в канале (деталь лучше прольется и легче будет извлекаться). 4)возможно стоит сделать горячий канал, или уменьшить его длину, чтобы минимизировать остывание в нем пластика. Эта машина должна иметь цикл 20-30секунд в автоматическом режиме, без помощи оператора.

Can you please tell me what kind of stepper motors (model number) did you use in this project and also any recommendation of cheaper stepper motor models that can be used for clamping and extrusion. it would be a great help.
Abertura e fechamento tem que ser rápido,tipo 1,5 seg. a 2 seg. O parafuso plastificador só para preparar a massa quente e homogênea,um pistão força a rosca para a frente e empurra a massa dentro do molde com pressão de enchimento e pressão de recalque.

Beside, when the sensor contact with screw => sensor does not work, and when place a insulated fiml between them (sensor and screw) => sensor works. So i am happy to hear some comment from you.
