So beautiful.. Thank you for sharing this blessed and beautiful part of our country with us. indeed Nigeria need only good leaders to move forward. because we already have everything but don't know how to utilize it. Thank you once again.
Imagine if they would get investors and corporations to make Lokoja a tourist riverboat terminus offering upscale river cruise tours up and down the Benue and Niger rivers similar those you see in Asia and even Europe.
Very fascinating and interesting video👏. It’s really sad that we have places like this dotting the Nigerian landscape. Projects like this could have brought lots of jobs to people. Glad you shared this for people to know.
Hello from Jakarta (Indonesia). Thanks for making this video David, giving insight about Kogi. Much better see a video than reading information from Wikipedia. Keep up the good work. 🙏🏻👍🏻
The dredging was inaugurated by Yar'adua....I watched it live back then, machineries and everything was brought on sight, work had even started, unfortunately, he died and his predecessor did what he knew how to do best, there were supposed to be ports at lokoja, idah, Onitsha etc, but that project died with him. As for the topography of lokoja, I had always thought of what you just said about building a resettlement and move these people and really develop that place.....you see that it somehow have the same sloping view as cape Town in south Africa. But our government are very vision-less about anything developmental and urban renewing.
Prince Abubakar Audu had planned on building a state capital across the Niger River toward Sharia; he would have done it had he not died. It was his plan.
This city could be a super star city. Hopefully the next generation can make it happen !!!!!!
I love my state kogi ❤

The lapses at the state governmental level seem to be the same story across the middle belt. Why is this so?
There's so much wealth but no vision.

Thank to South Korea for the vocational school.
This is the general problem with this country.
Na so Boss. Who will deliver Naija
Ajaokuta shit has always been a white elephant.
Fascinating to learn about the Ajaokuta Steel Company; mismanagement and poor advice/guidance from the British and Russians. What a waste.
The real issue is not really mismanagement
nothing is working here in kogi state, we don't have government
But election you will still support APC
Blindness has beguilt you igbiras and my igala brothers can't you guys try to vote a competent person
Keep waiting for government!
