I saw/heard what you did there in the beginning Ritz 88 I have the complete original concert including rocket queen on vhs from my Uncle he passed away in 2001 that was my opening to Slash I was hooked after I saw that concert I must have played that concert over and over on my fat tv

Ive always wanted to know how to play that starting riff to paradise city at the ritz its such a cool little phrase before the song starts it was that riff that grabbed my attention and made me start playing for the first time

So little gain! I could never rock with only that little gain.
But Niko can! Niko rocks good!
The other thing I noticed was how Niko doesn't just play fragments, he plays whole songs.
So that's two things I'm taking from this: try to learn to play without so much gain, and start learning whole songs, not just the riff and solo.
Oh, and if I ever get to play a real 'Burst..? Make sure I have same real rehearsed, grade A material at the ready to play for the inevitable onlookers (ain't no how they're letting you wonder off by yourself with a '58 'Burst!)!
Nice playing man !!! its a long long time ago, I played guitar, I think its almost 8 years ago and I still miss it, so I think to start playing again, i play mostly classic rock and Some old skool metal.
I played a marshall JCM 800 (81) and Gibson traditioneel with slash Seymour Duncans.
As a slash fan, which guitar would you recommend in 2024 (Price/quality)?
Or should I go for a occasioneel Gibson Les Paul Customshop Standard 1958 and put Some slash Seymour Duncan’s Pick ups in.

@@thaoriginalsirscoot Even more thant that to be honnest... YOu don't have the "wow" effect as soon as you plug it. But it's growing on you and after 10 minutes you can't play anoter guitar haha
