ingredients
300 grams boneless chicken washed water squeezed
1 tsp red ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli
1 medium onion
1 tsp chilli flakes
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt 1 tsp desi ghee
2 clove
2 cardomon
1 cinnamon stick
4 pepper
1 black cardomon
gravy
2 medium to big onion
2 green chilli
few coriander leaves
6 cashews
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup thick yoghurt
1/3 cup fresh cream or milk cream
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp kasoori methi
coal for smoke
chopped coriander for garnishing
