For many of us, the idea of all parts of our lives and selves being in the light does not sound comforting. Even more confronting can be the idea of leaders speaking truth into the very areas we prefer to keep hidden. Yet this is the very way the Lord has designed for us to grow - in His family, by allowing trusted leaders to speak into our lives, with love.
In this sermon, Andrew Selley, visionary leader of Joshua Generation Church and ‪@four12global‬ shares some of his own journey in learning to trust and allow God’s family to shape and mould him to look more like Jesus. Using Scripture, he helps us to see that God purposed it that we would need help from one another, so that one day, we may be presented as “a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle” (Eph 5:27).
