Holy Fuck!!!!! That was different! I never saw anybody play a guitar like that. WOW!!!!! I'm totally jacked from this band. Those drums sounded crisp! Goooood Band.
A titled tracklist: 00:00 - Introduction 01:15 - Company Sin 05:41 - Used To Get High 10:23 - Better Than 14:50 - Company Sin 23:30 - Ocean 32:32 - Satisfy 39:03 - Good Excuse 48:50 - Zebra 57:57 - Funky Tonight Thank you JBT, for the happiness you give your listeners.
Nash Daniels Sorry mate, but the days of epic JBT concerts are long gone. Not going to delve into messy background and finger pointing, but his old drummer and bassist (the pair in the video) left years ago. John has been trying to replicate the world-conquering chemistry his band once had - with new backing members - ever since, but to no avail. Very sad.
Bucket list? Why so? You're listening to these guys right now...You want to listen to them live, I guess... in the flesh...Something that I would love to place in my bucket list?? Is to live with a lot less pain and for a little longer...I guess that mayn't be possible. That's life, I guess. But good music helps a lot
Polpiv4tifish Yeah, bought tickets to JBT in Dublin last year and went with very high hopes. They were positively awful. At one stage JB brought his wife on stage for a duet, and she sang one of her own tunes to market her own country gig in Dublin that weekend - The duet and his wife's song were comical at best. I'll simply have to reminisce on UA-cam about the JBT glory days.
Finbarr Aherne Really?? Is that Dublin performance on UA-cam? D'you think they've sort of run out of ideas? You're quite right about reminiscing on the way they came in with a bang..sadly that's how it happens sometimes..
dude are you kidding me. Have you actually caught a show recently? they are as good as the first time i saw them in 07. been a huge fan and seen them from Austin TX to Bologna Italy. Yeah there is a differnt sound with the percussion and bass but man the vibe is there. Don't be hatin'
