This is a word for someone, David's mother was not his father's wife. He was barely acknowledged by his father. But God raised him to be King. God takes the rejected ones and anoints them. He will raise you up.

My friend’s baby Draco (yep Draco - like Troy, they look to the stars) was born at 31 weeks on Feb 29th. Thank you for this word. I just took communion and declared over mother and child accelerated growth and healing. And that he would overcome all the mountains in his life!
