Came here to listen to how he was sounding given his Trovatorr coming at San Francisco and I am super impressed! I remember hearing his Duca several times in 2011-2012 when I was a student at the conservatory and it has really developed into a lirico spinto nicely. Bravo!

Simply gorgeous! 👏👏👏😍 Although I didn't like the modern production the singing and the music (directed by Domingo Hildoyan) was fantastic.Now imagine a traditional production with this great singer and his voice! How sensational would this opera be then? 🤩

@@uppityglivestockian I would agree! Mr. Chacón-Cruz is *thrilling* and very compelling and would be a top pick of mine for Calaf and other Puccini roles. However, I think Mr. Jonathan Tetelmann is the readiest at this time to sing Calaf, with Chacón-Cruz owning the role in the near future.
