Gwadar Smart City Master Plan Phase 1 has 2 existing areas of which 1 is the Gwadar City area and the other is the Sarbandar area.
    Gwadar is going to be the only second-planned metropolitan city in Pakistan after Islamabad. Gwadar Master Plan was launched in 2019 with a 30-year plan. The development of the Gwadar Master Plan is divided into 3 parts.
    The development period of Gwadar Master Plan Phase 1 is from 2019 to 2025. The development of Gwadar Master Plan Phase 2 will take place from 2025 to 2035 while the development of Gwadar Master Plan Phase 3 will take place until 2050.
    As Gwadar is an ancient city all the areas that are inhabited and old buildings are called Existing Land in the master plan. In the Gwadar Master Plan, it was decided that no change would be made in these ancient structures and population and the existing population would be allowed to remain as it is, but after the master plan, no one in the existing land area would be allowed to live. Will not be able to do constructions at will. Now it will be mandatory to get GDAC permission for new constructions and the constructions will be done here according to the rules or bylaws that have been given by GDA. Construction of ground plus 3-story building will be permitted on existing area.

    Bhai Maanbar Housing society tu Kisi bhi phase me nahi aarahi. Is ki development kub hogi Kia 2050 ke bad hogi?
