I have trouble finding clothes that fit me too, Aéropostale is a great place for pants for Perri. They have a size 000 that fits me great

Can perri wear xxs in women’s or juniors? I had same problem with my youngest when she was little and sometimes I could get x small in pants and the would fit length wise it was hard getting stuff to fit length wise and waist wise can’t wait for the clothes and school supplies haul
Yes shirts are usually fine. It’s the pants that are too big around the waist or too long.

I was on the smaller side as a kid just like Perri. Abercrombie Kids was one of the very few places that worked for me. Probably a safe choice for Perri as well.
